I cannot believe I did this!?!? Never painted a day in my life! How 'bout dem apples!!??

Are you kidding me!? This was SO freakin' fun I cannot even put it in words! I have honestly never painted a day in my life and I managed to pull off a pretty amazing painting (maybe it was the beers! haha---which by the way were happy hour $3.50/each with $5 pizzas?! so even THAT was amazing! All deals you get at the bar when you're there for Paint Nite! The night we went, we were at PT's on W. Post Rd). It was a night so worth it. Had so much fun and so many laughs and then you take home a finished product. I will definitely be doing it again! And update: We did it again, with 6 of us from my family! Had a great time 2nd time around too!

Such a fun night out with the girls! We got there early to make sure we all say together (10 of us) it was all jokes and laughter the whole night at how everyone's looked so different even though we were looking at the same model picture. The teacher did a great job walking us through each step and Kevin, the assistant was awesome at helping us if needed. (And his eyebrows were on point!) the only bad part was we couldn't hear him very well over the speaker system and the bar right by us was so loud and obnoxious.wish it was in a private room. But all in all a great experience, definitely doing it again!!

Thank god for this event to be on groupon to end my date with my girlfriend with a sweet sip of margarita while painting. I paid about $50 for the both us. The staff hosting his event are really friendly and help you with your painting. Defiantly will do this again with more group of people.

She was encouraging and supportive even though I was falling behind everyone else. But she also made me feel as though I was doing everything right the first time. Then we made a butter and some other ingredient sauce to go over the noodles as well as enough cheese to make a goat jealous. They had a cute set up with picnic tables and all the supplies and apron and everything was laid out and easy for you. Think of PaintNite but with cooking. You buy your drinks at the bar and then come back to your table, no server. This place specifically only served beer and wine, and non alcoholic drinks by the can. But the beer was good!! The pasta was fantastic, and so easy to make! Just 2 ingredients! She was a great teacher and you learn 3 different styles of pasta to make. My favorite was the gnocchi. Also, you get to take the recipe home with you so you can make it again later. I would love to do this again, but maybe try a different type of class next time. I know they have sushi and a couple other options! You definitely got to give this a try!!!! So much fun!!

He went over a couple things repeatedly for us and even walked around to help us out. Some of us were total beginners but felt completely at ease. We got to choose the playlist of songs and took our time with the painting. They do push purchasing drinks a bit. They had a raffle for a free painting at the end of the class. All in all this was an amazing experience for girls night, birthday, bachelorette etc!

I was able to communicate with the party planner through email and then make one payment for everyone to include the gratuity as well. This worked out great because we did not have to worry about settling the bill the day of the class. When we arrived, we had our private room set up and our instructor was very nice and welcoming. There is a full bar that you can go up to and purchase items anywhere from alcohol to water to coffee. The prices were very reasonable. The class itself was very fun and those two hours went by really fast. You do get little mini breaks. The instructor was very helpful and took things slow. You do not have to be an artist to come away with something looking amazing. The paintings for the most part were dry by the time we were ready to leave because they were acrylic. However, they let us keep them at the studio while we had lunch across the street and by the time we came back, everything was completely dry. Overall, it was a five star experience and we will be planning another event.

I'm sorry but not fun and not worth it. Also awkward with no music and being the only ones in there with the staff. As far as the painting it was our first black light paint experience. It was interesting but fun! We got the little fun pack with a light up flower crown, glasses, candy, and face paint. It was a cute add on! They have a nice little menu for drinks and snacks. The class was fun overall and instructor was nice butttttt it was not as helpful as the other paint classes I've taken where they really go step by step. This was a more free hand ... here's some ways to make trees but you just do it yourself how you want. Which is cool but also frustrating if you suck at painting like most people do. Overall fun but other places have been better.

The painting we did required a lot of color and blending. We ran the entire 2.5hrs and a little longer but we didn't feel rushed out of there. Obviously in hindsight sight there's always a few edits and touch ups that you wish you could've done, but my wife and I were happy with how the pieces turned out. Might we'll try an easier painting next time. We had a blast either way and will definitely come back. Thanks again to the instructor, Joe (I think... definitely a J-name haha)

A peer in my meetup group hosted a girl's night out here on a Saturday night. I think there were maybe ten of us, plus there were five other people there that weren't part of our own group. We all purchased tickets about a month in advance, which were only $29 per person. What was also special to me about this night is that it fell on a palindrome day - 5/24/25. I checked in with our host once I walked in. His name was Joe, and since I got there a little early, he said that I could pick up my apron, explore around, and maybe get a drink at the bar before we began. Yes, they have a bar! I decided to try out their lemon tango cocktail, which had that sunset-like color to it and totally matched the theme that we were going to paint. The theme of the night was titled Orange Moon Set. I'm not perfect at drawing circles by all means, but when it was time to paint the moon, I think I did a pretty decent job at drawing one. We painted for about an hour before taking a ten minute break. During the break, I decided to get another drink. This time, I got myself a glass of Chardonnay white wine, which is probably one of the strongest white wines that you can get. Before the break ended, Joe announced that he would be spinning a wheel, and our seats had a famous artist's name on it. If the name on the seat matched the one on the wheel, someone would win, spin the wheel again, and take home a painting or two (or three!) or receive a free class. He also announced a blacklight paint class that's coming up in the next few weeks and a "paint your own pet portrait" class in September. The class wrapped up after we painted the clouds and the trees. We then all got together for a group photo once we were finished. This was a memorable night for me and I'm looking forward to the next one in the future. I'm definitely interested in the blacklight paint class! Before leaving, I picked up a rewards card since I'm showing interest in returning and painting a new canvas. If you visit Wine and Canvas 10 times, then your 11th visit is free!
