I wanted to share 2 experiences I've had with this flower shop! I made my first order for Mother's Day, I specified a pick up date on their website when i made the purchase and i get an email a few days later stating my order was ready for pick up. I immediately emailed the flower shop because i could not get through to them through phone which in a timely manner i received emails back stating it was a mistake in their system and my order would be ready at the date that i had specified for pick up, i pick up my order and i was amazed and loved my order. No problem there besides the error of getting an email for a pick up date that i did not set up. Now let's talk about my second order. I placed an order with this flower shop on September 3rd for pick up date of Sept 30th. I received again an email on Sept 7th stating my order was ready for pick up, then i received an email thereafter same day stating my order had been picked up. I immediately emailed them because clearly that was a mistake on their end. My pick up date was for Sept 30th not the 7th! After not receiving a response through email i called the flower shop on Sept 10th and explained to the employee who picked up the phone my situation which she stated she didn't understand why i received that email if she can see on her end that my order was for pick up date of Sept 30th. She assured me that she would fix it on her computer and i would have no issues with picking up my order on the 30th! Sept 30th comes, just yesterday. I get to the flower shop and they tell me that my order was picked up already either a few days ago or a few weeks ago. At this point I'm shocked because who the hell picked up my order and WHY was someone allowed to pick up my order who I did not authorize to pick up on my behalf and how did they get my order if I'm the one with the email confirmation and order was under my name. The employee at this point tells me that she cannot do anything for me but call her manager because they have proof that the order was picked up. I get on the phone with the manager and she tells me that she's the one who handed a guy my order, that he had a similar order number as me and his description of the flowers were the same as my order so they gave him my order ! Again, let's keep in mind the manager NEVER varified an email confirmation with this person and never asked what the name was for the order. At this point i got very upset because she proceeds to tell me that she can't do anything for me if the order was picked up. I questioned how someone was able to pick up an order before my pick up date if i never authorized or changed my pick up date. She was clearly no help! She then proceeds to tell me that she will not give me a refund, she will not make me the order again because the order was already picked up and instead offers me to pay for another bouquet for 50% off! Not only did they give my order to the wrong person but they also expected me to pay for another bouquet for 50% off. Mind you this was the second order i placed with them where i received emails for both orders for a pick up date that i never chose!! I asked for a refund and was told they were not going to initiate a refund on their end and instead advised me to call my back to dispute that charge ! This whole situation upset me very badly! I hope you guys get a better system when it comes to customers verifying their orders. Ask for proof ! Some of your arrangements are worth hundreds of dollars for you guys to end up giving it to the wrong person for not asking for proof of the order like an email confirmation or ID of the person picking up! Definitely will not purchase from this flower shop again. I received the beautiful "Lily Dream" bouquet for my birthday on July 26th and followed the included care instructions, which said to change the water/retrim every 2-3 days. By today, the 29th, I had to throw away all of the stock flowers and one of the lilies due to wilting and rot. I understand some flowers are more delicate, but given the premium price of $225, I was hoping the bouquet would hold up a bit longer. I almost feel bad that I asked for this specific bouquet because all the parts that I love and made the bouquet complete are wilted and had to toss. Im now left with all roses and two lily flowers. I really miss their old shop in Charleston I just thought it was bigger, more opening and you saw more of the flowers but it was a lot easier to find. I wish that the rewards system worked both in store and online because I only seem to get my points when I go in store but never when I shop online. I can't wait for them to employ more people because holidays get blacked out/ sold out way too fast. Picking up can be tricky since they are open during business hours, wish they were open a little later. Those are my reasons why it's not five stars. Other than that the flowers in the shop are always really fresh and really gorgeous. The price is up there but you are getting what you paid for the flowers typically last longer, they are trendy, local, and the handwriting it's amazing. Not to mention every now and then they'll have deals where you can go in store and get a really good bouquet of flowersfor as low as $25. Their content on TikTok is super funny that's why I'm always influenced to buy from here. By far my favorite shop in Las Vegas. Happy Sunday Easter! I hope everyone will take some time to reflect on the little blessings and abundance we enjoy in this beautiful life. Sometimes we'll have a major setback but in the end, all is well! I know things are getting much better and the future is brighter! This adorable coffee and floral shop is just what we need in Vegas! It's so different from other places. It's a small women-owned business that started from home a year ago. The shop is brand new and has been opened for 3 months now. It is a further drive from The Strip going East to Sunrise Manor. Major cross street is Charleston and Sloan but you'll find them closer to Christy, next to Sonic Drive-In and Subway. Parking is very limited. There's at least 3 tables for outdoor seating. Inside they have a cart where you can place an order for drinks. Menu is very simple, they offer Espresso shot, Americano, Latte, Flat white, Cappuccino, Matcha, and Tea. Only two table seatings are available for indoor. While waiting for drinks to be made, they have a lovely boxwood backdrop to take selfies and do photo ops. The atmosphere vibe is very relaxing and background music is awesome! On the opposite side of the cart is the floral section where you can place an order for bouquets. If you have no idea what kind of flowers to get, there is a website to preview various floral arrangements. They recommend to give at least 2 days notice. For walk-in orders, it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to have the bouquet ready depending on how busy it gets. Especially if the request is for last minute, they will do their best to fulfill the order but there is a rush order fee. There's also a displayed shelf where you can purchase indoor plants and propagate. I bought a Golden Pathos here and so far I love it! It's low maintenance, thrives on indirect light, and it really does filter and purify the air, so refreshing! One of my favorite drinks is The Eileen. It's a delightful latte with rose, made of espresso, syrup, and your choice of milk (almond, oat, or soy), topped with whipped cream and fresh rose petal sprinkles, it's delicious! Service here is absolutely incredible. The staff is very courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. They do catering for special events, and will decorate with gorgeous flowers, memorable balloons, and will even include a cute stuffed bear for that special someone. Possibilities are endless! Be sure to get a stamp card. When you buy 9 drinks, you get one drink free! read more

Very much not worth getting flowers at this flower shop, my bf ordered roses a month in advance for Valentine's Day. I got my roses and they were NOT fresh they had brown stains around the rose, petal. I took them back and asked to speak to a manager and 5 girls just looked at each other, so I never knew who the manager was, I asked for fresh $350 worth roses or my money back. They did give me a new Baquet of roses, still not fresh, different color. I never got an apology, Eileen (shop owner) was there and I never even got an apology from her as "the owner", SHAME ON YOU Eileen, as a "boss woman" the least you can do is acknowledge your customers. My boyfriend always bought roses from her shop but since this incident happened, we will not be returning here. Save your money and go to Albertson's they have fresh roses there. (02/14/2022) My boyfriend came in after a little confliction with the pick up date made online. My boyfriend was supposed to pick up for Valentines but the text said to pick up by the 21st. He called and a girl said to pick it up on Monday as there was a conflict with the website. They were able to fix it and accommodate to what he was looking for. Some flowers were already browning on the edges when I recieved it right after he got them from the store. It didn't look too bad but I could notice it. The card with the hand lettering was a little disappointing. The cards I saw online had pretty handwriting and weren't messy, but the ones I got were messy and looked a little sloppy. Overall great flowers, just wish it looked a bit better for Valentines especially since it was for a holiday! Update (02/16/2022) : I was following the instructions on how to take care of the flowers to make them last longer, and noticed the thorns aren't even removed. Poked myself numerous times. Also 3 of my roses completely fell off the bud when I was trying to organize them. It's only been 2 days since Valentines and this is happening? This was my first time ordering flowers from here. I've always really liked how pretty the flowers are when I would see them on social media. I decided to order a flower arrangement as a gift for a funeral. When I picked up the flowers everything was fine until I went back to my car. I notice that the green leaves were wilted and dry up. Also the white small flowers to me looked a little down. I went back in to see if I can get it fixed. When I went back in the girl who was upfront told me that the white small flowers are suppose to look like that even when they're freshly cut. She asked me what else is wrong with the arrangement and I showed her the back of the flowers and pointed how they are wilted and dried up. She agreed and said that would be the only thing that she can change and gave me a fresh cut of the small flowers. I did appreciate her going back and changing it but the thing that bothered me is that why would you give me an arrangement that obviously had dried and wilted flowers/leaves. Why would you even put those on any arrangement that people are obviously paying $100+. I paid almost $160 for this arrangement and for it to be my first time ordering there I wasn't impressed. read more

I paid $185 for the flowers, and I thought this would possibly cover the cost of faster shipping but they used UPS which might as well been carrier pigeon. Wow. I have ordered flowers from them before. Beautiful. This time I booked a picnic for my girlfriend's and I anniversary as a surprise (picnic was from 5 - 7) . I booked just a little under a week in advance. They contacted me the day before and the day of to confirm everything and to answer all the questions I had. I had the honor to be involved in Aranza training Jackie. She did wonderful and recommended me Cadence park since I did not have a park in mind. She also answered all my questions and was free to contact her directly all the way until it was time to meet. Location: Cadence park with lake view out looking the strip. BEAUTIFUL CLEAN PARK!! The restrooms were close to where the picnic was set up and was impressed by how clean the restrooms were. Check this out .... there's free WiFi on that park. I was able to take an exam during our picnic ! Arrival: We met up with Jackie and Sydney. The picnic set up was better than some of the pictures they have online and better than I expected. My girlfriend cried. I ordered flowers and games with the picnic. We brought our own food but you're able to customize the event ! Jackie and Sydney were extremely sweet. They made us feel valued as customers. They allowed us to get settled and went about their way. Departure: They came back a little after 7 which gave us a little bit more time to enjoy. They also took pictures for us with no problem at all! They took care of the clean up and we left. Perfect weather and was able to watch the sunset. Service and communication was amazing from beginning to end! Let's not forget they were COVID compliant I have recommended this business to everyone ! What a great team they're building. read more
