Perfect service in a cute environment, carefully done. The little office moved, will go to ton new location.

I've been coming to this nail salon on and off for about a year and a half. They do some of the…read morebest manicure/pedicure work. I'm specifically referring to: cleaning cuticals, filing own hard skin around the nail, and painting without bubbles up to the cutilcle. However, they are not the salon to go to if you want intricate and original nail art or anything other than gel. Majority of the techs are Russian and not too chatty. I don't mind this at all, but if you are uncomfortable with people speaking a foreign language around you...no further comment. They used to be in the Trini Salon, they are now in a stand alone salon up the road. My only complaint about the venue change is now it feels a bit less upscale. They used to wear all white scrub like outfits with gloves. Now they wear jeans, sneakers and tee shirts. It's not a big deal, but they are not cheap and part of the experience was feeling that you were working with strict professionals. Also the cell service is awful, I'm sure there's wifi but the password isnt posted which is something they can def do. Overall, it's not glamorous but they do a great job, you get what you pay for service wise! In regard to Covid, there are some employees who wear beaded masks (they even sell them). I had a good mask on so I wasn't too concerned but it's something to be aware of if you're high risk!

The owner said only "frequent customers" avoid the extra fees, which says a lot about how they treat everyone else. They also charge an additional fee if you pay with a credit card, which basically pushes you to Zelle. That alone is a red flag. I've gone three times: first visit was fine, second was bad, third was the worst. Staff were arguing in their language in front of customers, using profanity and discussing money issues. It's supposed to be a relaxing place, not somewhere to listen to their drama. I won't be returning.

Once you're seated and start browsing their extensive selection of nail colors, you'll feel so at ease that you might even find yourself drifting off. Yes, it's that relaxing! The price for dipped nails is absolutely worth it! I love how strong and durable they are, lasting a long time. They also offer donut glaze, which adds a classy and sassy touch. I personally request Amy for my dipped nails because her attention to detail is exceptional (in the best way possible), and I always leave feeling fabulous!

Overcharged for services not received - Dishonest staff I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my visit to this salon and the work of the technician named Jade .I came in specifically for a full set with extensions. I stated my request clearly at the beginning, showed the desired length with my hands, and even asked twice during the process when she would start adding the length. Jade told me it would be more expensive and verified the price with another technician ($83 instead of the usual $55). I explicitly agreed to that price. In the end, the technician completely ignored my request and only did a basic manicure on my short natural nails without adding any length. The most outrageous part happened at checkout: they charged me the full $83 as if I had received extensions! When I tried to resolve the issue, Jade blatantly lied, claiming she "didn't understand me" and that I never asked for length. This is impossible since I showed her the length with my hands and we had a verbal agreement on the $83 price. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and the dishonesty, the manager only offered a tiny 10% discount. I ended up paying for a service I never received and left with short nails despite asking for extensions multiple times. Terrible customer service and price deception. I do not recommend this place.
