I was lucky enough to have a good friend recommend this place, and I think I've officially found my nail home. Rose's Nails simply ROCKS. For me, it was Tiana and her magic hands. She refilled my gel nails to where they look like I have nothing on them. I told her to add her special touch to a simple yet classic nude design. What I loved most was how clear and communicative she was throughout the process, explaining what she was doing and making thoughtful suggestions based on my lifestyle. That's rare these days. Most places are more of a "get it done and have a nice day" experience. I'm a big fan of hard work, fair pricing, and most importantly, consistency. Tiana and Susan (who did my pedi) does exactly that. They treated me the same way they treated my friend, with a soft, gentle touch in everything they do. Susan did the most relaxing pedi I've had in quite sometime. From start to finish, you're genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend checking them out. Most painful pedicure of my life and my big toes were infected after! Warning on graphic descriptions ahead... I went on a whim with a friend. I have maybe gotten 2 pedicures in my life before this so didn't have many to compare against. The dude dug into my toes to pull out cuticles completely. Like deep excavation on the big toes. To the point I'm silently screaming internally and outwardly calling out ow ow ow it hurts. The dude stops but then continues and I watch him pull cuticle strips out from deep in my nail bed. It was the same feeling when you tear hang nails too deep. Not good. I wasn't sure if this is typical. Surprisingly the left big toe hurt a lot more like I was ready to cry and it bled a bit and he dabbed it but it turned out less messed up than my right one. He did hold the left one a bit on one of the yanks. My toes were stinging and throbbing then eventually either went away or went numb. The rest of the pedicure seemed to go okay as the polish and shape actually looked really good. Fast forward to two days later. My toes still hurt. They passed for a bit but then came back really hurting. Took my shoe off tonight after traveling and realized my right toe is swollen and leaking pus on both sides. My left one looks like it started to bleed and maybe slightly swollen. The flitting thought came back. I don't think this place was very sanitary. For example, they took the dremel they used on my friend to buff her toe nails and used the cuticle pick to pick out some debris then used the dremel on my toenails. Then later used the pick on my toes again. I should have known. Before the pus, I was willing to overlook the pain and think maybe I was just really out of maintenance and it's part of the process but no way on the infected toes. read more

This place is filthy! I was visiting FL for the holidays and wanted to treat my mom to a manicure and pedicure and this shop was minutes away from my AirBnB. We got in with my wait, no appointment. We were both sat in the pedicure chair at the same time, but my mom finished 35 minutes before me. They were done with her pedicure and doing her nails before my guy even started on my pedicure. My Nail Technician was AMAZING!!! I'm a male and I was just there for cleaning. She got in there and removed all extra nails and especially dead skins. I got a full scrub down and cleaning. Complete SPA experience for an amazing $35. For another $10, I got a wax skin treatment (not hair removal). They incased my feet in wax which cleaned the pores and felt amazing. They cleaned my nails thoroughly. Removing all the dirt under the nail and cutting them as much as possible (which is what I requested). She pushed up my cuticles and trimmed and cleaned them. Same with my toes, my feet never felt soo good. She removed soo much dead skin from my heel that my posture changed. Again it felts soo good and fixed allot of my daily discomfort. I almost forgot, the massage chair are heavenly, I fell asleep several times. I Highly recommend this place!!! read more

I am NEVER coming here ever again. Here is my honest review. I came here because I kept reading great reviews on this place. Boy did I come at a wrong time or a wrong day. Because THEY DID A SHIT JOB TO MY NAILS. Not only did the gentlemen not listen to what I asked of him, my nails came out uneven. I had pointed it out to him several times that my nails were uneven. He tired to "fix" it but only made it worse. The nail kept getting shorter and shorter. Besides the nail being uneven and terribly short. When he had painted my nails he did a terrible job. There was a residue of watermarks on several of my nails. I was very disappointed with this place. The people seem nice, but the service was just aweful. In addition many of the customers tend to bring their children to the salon. And let their children run around the salon like a playground. If you do not want to see or anything related to children. Definitely do not come here. (Unless you wanna see a cute dog, cause they do have a cute dog) In the end. I personally will not come here again. Awesome place! I called 5 minutes before I arrived on a Friday evening to get a gel manicure and a pedicure! They took me right away! Things to note: they have a decent variety of colors (both pastel and brights). Because of my great first experience I came back with my MIL so we could have a girls day, as she was only in town visiting for a couple days and it was her birthday weekend. BIG mistake. Was quoted a wait time of 10-15 minutes and ended up waiting 45 minutes to almost an hour for both of us to begin. I paid extra to get gel nails and for designs and the design came off by the next day . Together, we spent around $120. My MIL didn't like how her manicure came out (uneven)-- she gets her nails done regularly every 2.5 weeks (gel nails). She also got a really bad headache from the smell/fumes. My nails were in dying need of a fix so I wanted to try this Nail Salon down the street from me. The plaza was fairly new, which is a few feet away from the WingStop. I went mid-morning and i thought it was going to be packed because this was actually my second time at this shop but never made it to the chair the first time around because of how packed it was, so i left. I could of waited but I'm pretty much impatient. Highly suggest to schedule an appointment. The technicians are super friendly and very vocal (loud). As soon as i came it they welcomed you and asked what you want. You then pick your color which they had SO many selections and styles of designs. Very overwhelming but their super patient. I did the gel manicure and basic pedicure. The lady that did my pedi was a mother/daughter duo and they we're gentle and made sure you we're okay and relaxed. That's always a feeling you want, especially when you had a rough day or just having a "me" day. Besides the pedi, they do a pedi-scrub on your legs and feet with a slight massage and wrapped my legs in a warm towel. Best feeling! Once my pedi was complete, i had to transfer to the manicurist table. I had a male tech, Jerry and he was super friendly and had a pleasant conversation about how I was doing and just getting to know each other. Very personable and made my visit worthwhile. He made sure that the gel was completely dried and assuring i was leaving the nailshop feeling fresh. Overall, I had a great experience and now that my nails has been fresh for a couple of days, i can say my gel did not chip yet and my cuticles aren't dried out nor do i have a hangnail. This place is not only dirty and loud but they over charge for a less that basic pedicure that is sloppy. The gal pictured is absolutely rude and obnoxious! She talked very loudly to the older lady who did my pedicure nonstop! I paid $45 for a 25min pedicure that was to include AA hot towel, hot stone etc... the works! I got the basic with hot towel. The paint job is sloppy, on my skin and some toenails aren't even completely covered in paint. I should've refused but I chose against it as I felt it would lead no where. The worst manicure I ve ever had. First of all because I didn't get a manicure treatment at all. Meaning not curing cuticle, not filing my nails, no lotion, no cuticle oil, NOTHING. HE JUST refilled my powder gel. I had times when I had to go to very cheap places to get my nails done due to lack of time or lack of good places around. but nothing was worse than this place. And he charged me 50$. If I was them I would be embarrassed to charge 15$ for that kind of job. Thanks, and NEVER AGAIN.
