But I've asked for an itemized statement for the last 2 years and they won't send anything except where it says things like the attorney worked on emails for 2 hours. But then when I asked can they prove that the attorney worked on the emails for 2 hours they won't present anything and are now telling me that I should have resolved this issue 2 years ago. I told them I've been waiting for and out of my statement for 2 years and that I'm now gonna be paying a dollar a month to them until they do what I ask them. Because my attorney is no longer with the office. And when I signed my contract, I signed retaining the attorney, not their office and the attorney. He would ask for more money so I would write him a check so that my payments went to the attorney, not the office. They claimed they paid him up front. And now I have to pay them back but they won't produce any itemized statement showing the work that was done, because I'm still finding over the case that they claim to have finished this office is a complete crap hole and a bunch of con artists who are just out to make money and the only reason why you should get an attorney from this office is if you just plan on throwing money away and getting nowhere with your case. If you ask for itemized statements and go to ask them to be printed then the office manager Stacy will not only scream at you she will scream about your case and talk crap while other people in the office and on their floor can hear her and break client confidentiality just so she can be heard. I would recommend if you ever go to this office record everything because they will lie and treat you like crap. I have my recording and I'm considering legal action since there were other people in the office when I asked for the statements on Tuesday and went to pick them up today. She didn't print them then acted like I was a burden when I showed up and still asked them to be printed. Save your time and money and go with literally any other attorney's office.

They don't do what they say there going do, they're literally just want their money and that's it. the lady "Amanda" she's rude and never does her job. We called many many many times, never got a call back and when we finally did get a hold of someone or her, she then would call us a liar that we never called (after we had left voicemails) This company didn't to right by us at all Ended up worse of them before we started. save yourself the trouble and just find someone else. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
