I learned elsewhere that TN requires mandatory mediation and that is scheduled immediately after the divorce filing. Jenne had not even done that. On 4 different occasions, she broke into my house, as in damaging the door lock and stole over $50,000 in pre-marital items, including my entire nuclear and electronic design engineering library. Three times I detected her presence with trip wires and the 4th time, the time she stole my library, I caught her in the act. Had Jenne acted promptly, we could have gotten the DA to indict her. He did nothing. Toward the end he would neither take or return my calls or respond to my emails. I would not under any condition hire this attorney.
