Anyway, then a woman came who knows us because we are old customers -- my whole family has been coming here for years. But this time, one woman disappointed us a lot.
She asked what nail shape I wanted, and I told her I wanted a round or square shape for my toenails, which meant I did not want my nails cut completely short. Later, when I looked, she had cut all my toenails very short. When I told her that I had already explained what I wanted, she told me to "shut up" and said, "Let me do my job." I stayed quiet and thought there was no point arguing anymore.
Then my mother also got upset and asked why she had cut them all short when I had clearly explained beforehand what I wanted. After that, I got upset too and told her, "You spoke to me very rudely when I was calmly explaining the shape I wanted." She again replied rudely and said, "Do you want the service done or not?" She showed so much attitude toward me in front of everyone, and then she left me there without finishing the service.
I really do not understand why she behaved with so much attitude. Doesn't a customer have the right to say what they want and do not want? This was the first time something like this happened. Another worker who was sitting nearby apologized. My mother asked her where that woman had gone and who would complete my service because I was still waiting. She said nobody else could do it because they were busy, and I would have to get it done somewhere else. She also apologized and said, "I don't know why she behaved like that with you."
I told her it was not her fault, but that woman treated me very disrespectfully and rudely, even though I had politely explained that if she did not understand, she could have asked me again. I had somewhere to go, and in the end I did not even get the service the way I wanted.
