What I did not appreciate how honesty turned to more a condescending tone quickly. Reprimand me for not doing a follow up, fine. Then she continued to tell me how wrong I was about a sample collection I brought in, fine, okay. She went on about the notes in the previous appointment 6 years previously, I guess she felt I needed a refresher, fine. I actually apologized claiming to possibly not hearing her correctly at the initial visit. She was a avalanche of anger just waiting for me this specific day, my luck. It just got worse. When she asked me to stick my feet straight out for the exam, I was trying.The seat was upright, she positioned it back some, I am tall, I started to get a cramp. Before I could actually put them out straight or had a chance to explain myself. She screamed, pulling on my feet and almost pulling me out of the chair. Despite the fact that I attempted to reschedule the day of over the phone but no one would answer the phone. This is very disappointing behavior from a medical office, I understand policies should be followed but I am a brand new patient and was unaware my insurance at the time was practically worthless. Front desk said they would call and let me know if I would be accepted back but at this point I don't want to be a patient of such an inconsiderate office.
