This was the final straw! I have been waiting for weeks to get my orthotic shoes & just needed to get my physician to sign for them. I physically went in to the clinic because I kept getting, "I don't know" from the Secretaries. When I walked in & asked, they hadn't even given the paperwork to the doctor!!! It was weeksssss!!! Then, I asked about my upcoming appointment for surgical clearance that I had also made almost a month ago.... (thank the good Lord that I checked) The secretary said that the Doctor was going to be out of town for nearly three months!!!! I would have to wait for my clearance for three month's!!!! They hadn't called me to reschedule me or notify me!! If I would have waited for the day, I would have been S.O.L.!!!! I am switching to a physician who has competent staff!!!

Despite the fact that I attempted to reschedule the day of over the phone but no one would answer the phone. This is very disappointing behavior from a medical office, I understand policies should be followed but I am a brand new patient and was unaware my insurance at the time was practically worthless. Front desk said they would call and let me know if I would be accepted back but at this point I don't want to be a patient of such an inconsiderate office. What if I was in a true emergency that I couldn't attend or had no chance to call and reschedule? Would you discard your patients so easily? Shame on you! Do not recommend.

Their location is clean and well maintained and the staff are always friendly. Love the fact that they look at the whole picture and not just how fast they can get you in and out with a bunch of prescriptions. Over the last number of years I've been much more in tune with my health and having a functional medical doctor is super important to me. Love the fact that we have such a great resource so close. They also assist with hormone and thyroid medical problems. Definitely check them out to see if they are a good fit for you. I've already recommended them to my hair stylist, parents, spouse and neighbors!

Things have really changed as far as my experience in the couple of visits that I had with him. I found that my visits with him were very expedited and one time he was about to leave the room, and I said, I have a couple of more questions for you, so he answered those. In subsequent visits he was very rushed too. Then I would not see him at all, I'd get a PA and it's not what I was paying for. One PA was a real ASS, he misdiagnosed me and was not aware that I had a copy of the MRI. He stated that I had inflammation and arthritis, when I pulled up the MRI on my phone showed him that there were NO notes which meant i was ok. His jaw dropped and eyes widened. Then I said a couple of choice words and left to never return. I think some Drs that have practiced for a while feel that patients won't mind and this likely allows them to make more money. I had the same problem with Dr Savinon, except that with him I requested a reimbursement for blood tests that he or the PAs never gave me results of. His office manager Mr Green decided to discontinue service to me after I forced him to give me my blood test money back. I had already started looking for another Dr, why would I stay there. Be cautious of the PAs, request to see your Dr. its what your insurance is for.
