They decide to tell me that they had trouble verifying my insurance and for that reason I was scheduled for an appointment they had over a month and I have to reach out to me and get this sorted and they choose a day of my appointment to look into my insurance. Once they finally did, they basically told me my insurance was only able to cover $75 off the entire visit and the consultation itself. I was looking at over $150 and asked for the procedures they were gonna do. I was looking at paying $1500-$5000. From my understanding, I thought pain management was just to help you with prescriptions. They told me prescriptions is not what they do and that it's more of a treatment center with different medical procedures. I waited a month and a half to see these people to help get my terrible pain under control only for them to wait the day of my appointment to be told this information. If I could give these people less than a one star, I would. Terrible communication and lack of care for the patient. Absolutely do not consider going here.

Also very helpful was learning to self heal at home with the Airrosti exercises taught by Jarred. These exercises also made a significant difference in healing sooner. As I continued at home for one week with the video exercises using a La Cross small ball on my back, stretch bands to strengthen my shoulders and applying ice packs on my neck pain helped my neck pain to subside. At one point I was thinking amputating my legs that's how annoying the pain was. The paresthesia would wake me up at nights and it was almost impossible to fall asleep at nights because the pain was worst when I lay down.
