I had been suffering from sciatic nerve pain for about five or six months. The pain became so severe that by the end of my day I was crying myself to sleep. I could not stand for more than a minute or two before the throbbing pain started and would cause me to have anxiety. It was also making my blood pressure go up. I couldn't get into my vehicle without literally using my hands to lift it up into the vehicle. I went to see my family Dr and was given a RX for pain medicine, which had no effect and was given a higher dose of BP meds even though I explained i felt the sciatic nerve pain was causing my BP to go up. I was also experiencing a tingling sensation that ran all the way down the back of my leg down to the bottom of my foot. I have visited Airrosti on 3 different occasions. A couple of years ago, I had some severe neck pain that was keeping me from doing many things, especially sleeping! I heard about Airrosti through my workplace and thought I would give it a shot. I didn't know what I was getting myself into, but right away, I knew I was going to get help. Dr. Siragusa did a fantastic job of explaining where my pain was coming from and how it developed. He explained exactly what his plan was and did a very thorough assessment. When he began treatment, Oh my goodness!! I will not lie, it was painful, but after just ONE treatment session, I felt SIGNIFICANT relief!! I've been going to a chiropractor for years...but now I don't have to. The chiropractic techniques and exercises at Airrosti have improved my back issues considerably. The goal at Airrosti seems to be that you don't doctor with their chiropractor for years and years. Instead, you and the chiropractor and physical therapist work together to strengthen weak areas in the body through various exercises with a goal to improve a person's physical condition to a point where they don't need to see a chiropractor for ongoing health issues. I have had severe chronic pain issues with my back for numerous, numerous years with little to no relief. I have tried patches, heat and ice packs,, ointments, all sorts of pain meds, nerve blocks, injections to my spine, back surgery and the list goes on. Dr Siragusa has provided me immense relief to the pain I had. I have had fewer and fewer visits to pain management specialist. I'm 37 yrs old with two small children. One being 10 mths and the other child is 2 yrs old, which didn't help my back carrying them. At times I had to carry both. As time went by I got worse. I made an appointment at Airrosti because I had injured my ankle and knee at my gym. I couldn't make it through the day without taking Mortin 800 or 3 Tylenol.
