The procedure was not done properly so I took my son back to the clinic to get it fixed or at least checked but was told by their office that in order to be seen, I would have to pay the full visit amount, then if the procedure had to be redone, I would be responsible to pay for that as well. No discounts, no refunds what so ever. I had just paid them full price for the procedure just the previous week and now they wanted me to pay again even though it was clearly their PA's mistake.

Staff is incredibly inhospitable, rude and condescending. I write my info on the forms and they transcribe it all wrong in the system and to my pharmacy - then talk to me like an idiot when I am trying to get their mistakes corrected. AWFUL place to bring a child - from the patient onboarding to discharge. Unless it is a bonafide emergency, I am driving to McAllen or somewhere else from now on. They need to take their staff AND doctors to a customer service bootcamp or to other night clinics to see how it's done - like TX Medclinic in San Antonio. No joke. Not professional at all - must have a attitude to work here.
