The employee was named Cara, nickname Ratman. she was the only one working customer service and had several in her line. Two elderly ladies were in front of me and were struggling with the bill. Cara waited patiently on these ladies attempting to understand their issue. She tried several options on her computer and was finally able to figure out what was going on. She first thought they needed to call Lowes Credit but recognized they would have difficulty doing that and stating the need. Cara made some calls, got more info from the ladies and straightened it all out. I was impressed. Next while she was waiting on me, she also was waiting on a gentleman who was very impolite. His few words were I need my money back for some items he was returning. She greeted him warmly, as she did me, but he brushed it off. After she gave him his money back she wished him a good day and he never responded. He counted all the returned money in front of her, never saying a word. As he was leaving, she wished him a very good day again, to which he never responded and walked off. To me, I witnessed the best customer service by Cara going above and beyond her position on both ends of the spectrum. She never gave up on servicing the elderly ladies and was most friendly to the gentleman who was rude. By the way, she was excellent with me and meeting my needs. She needs to be recognized by her manager.

Stay away... If I…read morecould rate them without any stars, I would. I purchased 300' for 1"x12" on 8/21/21 for tongue and groove lap siding for interior renovation. I was not able to make it to their warehouse before the closed, so they sat it outside. When I arrived on 8/27/21, I found the material wrapped in plastic and banded, sitting outside. I unpacked the bundle and discovered that the boards were in terrible shape. They had crushed several of the grooves trashing about 4' on the ends of each board, deep gouges in the face of others, and several of the boards were mildewed. I should have left it, but I had contractors scheduled to be at my cabin the following day. So, I salvaged what I could, which ended up being 71' in total loss. I expected 10% loss or so out of any lumber, but this was way above and beyond normal. This amount was excessive to me, so I contacted first Nicole (office worker) about a refund to my bank account that same weekend while the contractors were working on the house. She indicated it would not be a problem that they would process when they returned after vacation. The timeframe came and went and nothing happened. I then called and talked with the owner, Charles Wells on 9/6/21. The first conversation went well and he said they would make it right. He had to talk with his supplier and would be back in touch. He never called. I contacted him again 3 days later and he said that I would have to return the material in order to get a credit. I told him that I didn't have it, that it had all been cut up when salvaged. He said that he understood and would talk to his supplier and call me on 9/10/21. He never called. I called today, 9/13/21 and the owner will not answer the call. Left a message for the owner to call me. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from these people, simply don't. Their business model is to charge your bank account in advance, giving you no recourse with charge backs or disputes. Their customer service is non existent and when you do get to talk with someone, promises are not kept. Stay away!
