Frank Cornell of Church Hill, TN was arrested for this scam in Sullivan county. They come by houses and prey on elderly people out doing yard work. Had her pay $800 up front for filling holes, paving, and sealing her driveway. He stated he would return the next day to seal once again. This is even listed on the receipt. A second coat did not happen. When we tried to call the number provided it was no longer working. When they cell phone number was called, the man on the other end began to yell "What do you want? You want your money back or you just trying to get a free seal? What is wanted was a second coat that was agreed upon when originally paid. The holes were not filled properly and there still has been no second coat. If you want a crappy job, loss of money, and to be treated with rudeness and disrespect then by all means, these are your people. If not, I advise doing researching and finding a reputable company because this one isn't it.

Whatever the reason the workmanship on the the remaining part of the job was poorly done. He was to return the next day to assess the damage and didn't show. He has stopped taking my calls and had scheduled to come back by this morning (no show again). On the phone I was told he would resurface the damaged areas to make it right. He proposed adding a little height to our front porch and then add a step onto the driveway. What a great solution. As you can see it looks beautiful and is the perfect step height. When they came our front porch was a bit messy with debris from a recent storm. I removed the rug and decorative plants before they began working. When they were done everything was so neat and tidy. Better than they found it. We have had so many contractors here and so few of them do what they say they will do and they leave a mess. These guys did exactly what they said, showed up when they said they would, met the quoted price and exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough good about them.
