After calling three times and getting nowhere, I finally hung up and found the listing agent's cell phone number myself so I could speak directly with the person I was actually trying to reach. It was also very difficult to understand Dawn because she seemed to mumble or hum her words when speaking. Unfortunately, the way she communicated made the situation even more frustrating and left me feeling that she was not being completely truthful or forthcoming with me.

I really liked the green color, so I placed the order a little over a month in advance since I was told it would take about four weeks to build and deliver. It actually ended up being completed in about two weeks, and the company held it for me until I was ready for delivery. There were a few minor communication issues along the way, and I had to leave a couple of voicemails to get everything scheduled. Delivery day went fairly smoothly overall, and it was interesting to watch how they moved and positioned the unit. I did ask if it could be placed about 15 feet farther forward to help block my neighbor's view of my porch for added privacy, but that adjustment wasn't made, and I had to leave to meet my moving company. I'm also really glad I paid extra for the windows, because the inside gets extremely hot--like an oven. A lot of the features are add-ons, so the final price can increase quickly depending on what you choose.

I did see a lot of really cute and interesting finds, but I felt like some of the prices were a little high. I even did a few Google reverse image searches to compare prices. One little treasure chest-style box caught my eye -- it was around 8 inches or so and had a $50 price tag. After searching, I found similar ones selling closer to $21-$28. Overall, it was a fun place to browse, but I would definitely recommend comparing prices
