She has all the characteristics of the perfect bedside manner; patience, caring and knowledgeable. It was clear that Natalie is an expert and stays current and relevant in her craft. Natalie's work area was sterile yet very relaxing. During the procedure, she constantly communicated with me re: pain level and the procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever and the procedure was not as long as I had anticipated. I am so happy with the results already and am looking forward to the finished product. Here's the place, my friends. The establishment is located in a nice strip mall so there's plenty of parking. This was my second time here. I walked in without a reservation and was quickly accommodated. This beautiful young lady tended to my toes and my nails. There was not much Conversation between us but that's OK. She was doing what she does and honestly I hate fake conversation anyway. My toes and nails look awesome. They also informed me that they now provide facials which includes microdermabrasion and many other things on their menu regarding the needs of the face. I think I need a new face!
