I appreciate that they reached out to me and will contact them directly in the event I need another arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my father and paid over $100, I paid extra to ensure delivery on a Friday morning prior to noon. The funeral home contacted me the Monday before and told me the flowers had arrived that morning, obviously they would not last till Friday. I contacted the flower cottage and they said they would make it right. On Friday when I arrived for the service the arrangement was nothing like I ordered as you can see from the photos. I also paid extra for a ribbon with "Dad" on it, had I known they were simply going to write it in marker I would have purchased my own. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend the flower cottage again.

I haven't been in a store/business in a long time where I wasn't told "look over there", or "we probably don't have anymore". They looked for me, with me, and did whatever it took to, in the end, make me proud of my gift that I was going to be presenting to someone.

When and if the original order comes, they are providing a return label. And best of all, the cutting board is LOVELY! I ordered the big one in cherry wood. So pretty! And the price cannot be beat! I will definitely order from them again and tell all my friends and family too. A mark of excellence is how you respond when issues arise -- well done. A true 5-star experience!

I wasn't greeted by either one of the older female associates working that day, but noticed one of them staring while I sorted through the scrubs racks. I asked her a question, and she answered, but didn't offer any further assistance and continued to stare. I ended up purchasing over $200 of merchandise (scrubs, compression stockings, and shoes). Today I returned and wasn't greeted by either of the two older female associates- one (grey hair in ponytail) turned around and looked at me then turned back to the customer she was helping. The other one came to the register area and stared me down while I looked through the compression hose. The final straw for me was when another customer entered and was pleasantly greeted by the staring associate. I will take my business elsewhere. TL;DR: the scrubs selection is okay but the customer service, at least for me, was poor.
