If you have ever tried to buy insurance, you know that it can be difficult to understand all of the different kinds that are available. JTC has always been great about explaining just what I am getting for my coverage. They have also never tried to up sell me on policies that were not necessary and worked with my budget to provide me the best coverage possible. All of my insurance is handled through JTC. I have Farmers insurance through them and have been pleased with all of the interactions that I have had with Farmers staff at a corporate level. That being said, whenever I have had to utilize my insurance, JTC has been there to help explain and guide me through the process. They really serve to provide a personal interface for what is a very large nationwide company. When I was involved in a car accident, JTC spoke on my behalf and made additional calls to help reduce my liability. It is always helpful to have someone in the industry who can help you navigate what are often complex organizations. JTC Insurance provides that personal touch. On a side note, they also have Chinese speaking staff which can be really helpful if you or your family members are not fluent in English. I know I certainly do not have the ability to explain an auto insurance policy to my parents in Chinese.
