The Topcoat was removed when I tried to remove some scratches, with Maguire's "scratch remover". I never heard the end of her complaints. In addition, her driver side window motor stopped working, AND, the rear trunk latch wouldn't open. I didn't want to spend a fortune on this older vehicle. The estimates from Nissan mounted into the $$$ thousands. When I first met Laura , the receptionist, I found a friendly face. The estimates were beyond reasonable......$350 for the hood, and $200 to fix the window/trunk. I was praying that the work would be completed before my wife returned from an OOT meeting. I was also praying that the quality of workmanship would be good. The paint job was "Better than New". The window worked. The trunk lid now opened with the remote. Shocked!! Laura even offered me a cold Pepsi, while my wife marveled at the car. Now, my wife doesn't want to buy a new car.....OMG. I have already recommended Choice to a number of friends. They were also pleased with the service. Should I ask for a discount on my next trip back there? Not at those low prices. :))

On 8/22, I called for an update and was told they hadn't heard from my warranty company, SilverRock. Instead of following up themselves, I had to call SilverRock, gather the issue IDs, and give them directly to the body shop. On 8/22, they promised my car would be ready by 8/28-8/29. On 8/28, when I called, they pushed the date back to 9/4-9/5. On 9/3, they moved it again to 9/8-9/9. On 9/9, I was told the license plate holder needed to be replaced and that I should just buy one myself. On 9/10, they said it would take another 3-5 business days for SilverRock to cut them a check. At this point, it's been nearly four weeks, and I still don't have my car. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication and initiative. They only called me proactively once during this entire process--I had to contact them every other time. Their business process is ineffective, and customer service is essentially non-existent. As for the quality of their work--I can't even comment because I still don't have my car. Based on this experience, I'd rate them 0 out of 10 for service and accountability.

My car was full of dings from 8 years of driving to include someone bashing my driver side door with a shopping cart, which I originally had PDRd. I asked him To install a new front bumper since the original was so beat up from those parking bumpers it was pitiful. He got me an upgraded one which was so much better looking. The spoiler he recycled from one he had to save me money. In the end Hamed and his artists did a fantastic job. The car looks new in spite of its age. Hamed was a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back to get rims sand blasted and painted black, cheaper than new rims. Hamed is flexible and will listen to you and make sure you are pleased with the results. I sure was. Hamed just completed bodywork on my 2006 Dodge Durango. From turn in to finished product it took 12 working days. The Durango suffered minor damage from a front right collision with another car. Since my experience with my Camaro was great, I asked Hamed to throw in a repair for the rear bumper of the Durango as well from a previous rear end collision. The final product was outstanding. The Durango looks great and he even had it cleaned inside and out, even Armor All to the wheels. This is my wife's car and she was very pleased with the results. In this day and age when new car loans and comprehensive insurance are so crazy expensive, I long decided to just repair and refinish my cars as they age. Yasmein has been key to refinishing my cars and repairing them when accidents occur. He's all about customer being satisfied and has proven to me he delivers quality and tries to get your wheels back to you as soon as possible without sacrificing quality. He continues to be my go to body shop for a long time to come. I have already referred family and friends to his shop.

First of all..its an old place. I automatically judged it by the exterior and was hesitant to bring my Corvette over ( I had a choice but I saw alot of custom reviews on the work they did) so I took a chance. I will not lie...the owner (who I also judged as a worker because he actually was working on vehicles) looks extremely busy but seems to be a man of his word and honest. I had a front framing issue where my Vette was "tweaked" from a previous accident and they literally straightened the frame out. I was pretty impressed, but that wasn't it. They had to get it aligned (logically) so I that went well too. I plan to take her back to get her repainted or whatever they suggest to bring back the luster. Overall, this isn't some large corporation place...its basically a small business with all the right tools. it wasn't cheap but it was well worth it..then again my vehicle was a Corvette so it goes with the $$$. Oh the ONLY reason I did not give it 5 stars was because they only have ONE location and I live way the heck outta 1604... Hope my review helped.
