I discovered that unauthorized communication, or "cross-talk," was occurring between providers without proper consent. As a client, I found this to be a direct violation of HIPAA and a significant breach of trust. Confidentiality is the foundation of the therapeutic relationship, and having my private clinical information shared behind my back was unethical and deeply distressing. Due to these concerns regarding professional conduct and the mishandling of sensitive information, I have had to terminate all services with this office. I would caution others to be very clear about their privacy expectations when seeking care here. Stay clear from Samantha stein and Victoria g. I also filed a complaint with NYS licensing board. They also don't have an onsite receptionist to handle these issues. Vey disappointing experience and complete waste of time.
