The posts of two of the knobs were also bent out of shape and the selectors pointed to one thing but did another, which, if anyone had tested it would immediately notice, as I did, that is was damaged in many ways. Then I am told I have 30 days to return it, no extra store credit offered, or maybe they could extend that return window a smidge because I'm 200 Km away... I have dropped over 3 grand at L and M over the years (30 years) and that's the last cent of mine they will see. 10/10 for sleaze.
