Menu of available rolls

Nice new restaurant in Brighton Colorado. You are greeted by happy, helpful staff. The interior is bright and fresh. There are two hot, one cold and one dessert buffet lines. In addition the have a wide menu to order from. Everything is combined into a reasonable all you can eat price. A full bar is also available. Definitely coming back. Yamato is a fun new restaurant that brings diversity to the Brighton food scene. We will definitely be coming back!

Really impressed with the sushi selection here. A lot more variety than most AYCE places. Fish tasted fresh and the rice wasn't dry like other buffets. Definitely coming back.

My wife, son, and I had a great experience at Sachi Sushi. We started with the edamame and then…read moretried the Wagyu on the hot stone, which was hands down the highlight of the meal. Cooking the Wagyu right at the table was a fun experience, and the flavor was incredible. For sushi, I ordered the Magic Tuna Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My son enjoyed the chicken nuggets, fries, and teriyaki noodles, so there was something for everyone on the menu. We also enjoyed the selection of beers on draft, which paired perfectly with the meal. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food came out quickly, everything tasted fresh, and the atmosphere made for a great family dinner. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Sachi Sushi to anyone looking for excellent sushi, a unique dining experience, and great options for the whole family. Favorite item: The Wagyu on the hot stone--an absolute must-try!

This is attached to the mall so don't come here Thinking you're going to have sushi somewhere that feels authentic because it definitely feels like a mall restaurant. But if you want some sushi I do recommend it. I judge sushi mainly based on two things - obviously the quality of the fish or seafood, but also the rice. Presentation can be whatever since I don't eat the presentation. Either way, Between my party of four we had 11 different rolls and an appetizer and no complaints there with the fish, So that was great. Really was not impressed with the rice though. Just could not taste fresh, really was not sticky. Couple of rolls that my friends had not wrapped in seaweed fell apart pretty easily. Also, minimal ginger and wasabi given with your rolls. So that could be a pet peeve of mine. An $18 glass of Japanese whiskey and that was fantastic. I got the last of the bottle and it was perfect with a heavy pour. Service was great here. Our waitress was attentive and checked in on us often anytime she walked in the general area. I'd love to come back and try it again And hopefully give a better score.

Everything about this sushi preparation was about highlighting and accenting the individual flavors vs drowning it in sauce or heat. Artful mastery!! I was craving sushi and wanting something close to home when I found this place via a search on…read moreGoogle. It had high ratings so I read reviews which influenced what I ordered. I ordered the Red Dragon roll, the champion sashimi, and the Denver roll to go via online ordering through their website. The ordering process was not ideal for a first time customer because none of the items had descriptions so I was looking between their website and then the ordering platform. Once you order it gives you a time frame but I never got another notice when my order was actually ready which wasn't ideal. My order was correct and packaged very pretty for takeout. The Red Dragon roll was just okay. In my opinion, the tuna on top of it is sliced very thin, so it's not much of a show stopper especially for what they consider to be a special roll. It had a lot of rice. It was fine but I don't think I'd order it again because it wasn't memorable in my opinion. The champion sashimi was kinda spicy which I didn't expect but it was delicious. I would order more of this or something similar to this preparation next time. The Denver roll was refreshing. It's wrapped in cucumber and it comes with a special sauce. I liked it. It was pretty filling too. I could see myself ordering that again if I'm craving a lighter option. I'd order the champion sashimi again and try something new next time for my second option.

Everything is made to order, so nothing tasted like it had been sitting around. We ordered a mix of rolls, nigiri, appetizers, and dessert, and it all came out fresh. The pork belly bun was probably my favorite surprise of the night. I also really liked the gyoza, volcano roll, and the seared tuna nigiri. And if you have room, get the strawberry bingsu. It's a really good way to end the meal. One unexpected bonus was the little robot bringing food to the table. It's a small thing, but everyone around us seemed to get a kick out of it. For the price, I left feeling like we got a lot of value. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the mood to try a little bit of everything.

I'm sorry, but why am I being charged $30 for unlimited sushi when I don't eat sushi and ordered hibachi?! It wasn't until we went to pay that our server told me he had to charge me the $30 sushi fee too -- for sushi I never touched -- PLUS the small-ass hibachi plate. If this is your policy, it needs to be VERY clearly explained BEFORE people sit down and order. Charging someone for food they didn't order or eat feels like you're just taking advantage of customers. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend this place. Take your money somewhere else where you know exactly what you're paying for.
