We used the towing service from Courville's Garage and we were satisfied with everything ,very…read moregood communications with Amy from the service department,no delays on towing job and a honest price for the services. I mention we are on the road all the time and we have lot of experience with repair shops and towing services for breakdown trucks and so far this place is one of the best places we've use(in our case for towing the truck and trailer)

Beginning of January 2017 I had a break down and decided to have my semi truck towed to this place…read morefrom where I was. This wasn't the closest place to where I was but it was pretty close. The reason that I have chosen this shop is that they had their own towing service AND they are claiming to be Cummins authorized dealer (my Volvo has cummins engine). They started to work on the truck as soon as the shop opened at 8am and until the next day at 10am they were still "troubleshooting". That was the response to my several phone calls to find out what is going on with the truck. Basically,, after nearly 10 hours of "troubleshooting" they couldn't find the problem. After realizing that they don't know what they're doing, I have decided to pull my truck out of the shop and to start heading towards my home terminal in Chicago (without load) hoping that the truck will make it that far. Of course, they wouldn't let me check out the truck before paying for the "service". The "service" amounted $2,009!!! I have to be fair, the price included towing from the distance of 10 miles, but the rest of the charge was for their troubleshooting. I left the shop but unfortunately, the truck didn't make it too far and I ended up having it towed to Volvo dealership in Wilkes Barre in PA. I have paid hell of a lot money for towing but the dealership was able to locate AND fix a problem within couple of getting checked in. The problem was wiring that costed $410 (!!!) and my truck was again fully operative with no issues. I have send the request for a refund several times to the Courville's Garage, demanded to speak with the manager/owner but no one ever responded to several of my fax letters. Just to make a clear statement, I wasn't asking for the full refund since I wanted to honor the fact that they have towed my truck and trailer, therefore I have asked for a refund of $1,400 (out of $2,000; I think it would be more than fair/generous to pay $600 for having truck and trailer towed for 10 miles distance). I have never had worse experience with the repair shops anywhere in the United States and would recommend everyone to avoid this place.

If I could give this a 'No-Star' rating, I would. I went to have my oil changed in my 2016 Prius…read more When I got into my car after the oil change, I noticed the engine compartment was vibrating louder than it had ever before. I didn't realize there was a problem until the engine light came on. I put it off until the following morning after I drove to work. Lifted the hood and looked for anything out of place and found the oil cap was off and resting at the front of the engine compartment. The opening for it is at the back of the compartment near the firewall. This, I learned, was the cause of the louder vibration. I put it back in and phoned the Supercenter Auto Care manager and explained what had happened and that the engine light was on. I later learned the engine light would remain on until it was reset and the cause was the engine oil cap not being in place while operating the vehicle. The auto center manager's name is Jessica. She asked me why I didn't look under the hood before I left the store. I asked if there was a video of the oil change and if I may view it. She said it was Walmart property and that I wouldn't be allowed to do so. Left me thinking she had something to hide. She said she had viewed it (this was my 2nd-3rd call), then she (obviously) lied and said the technician had replaced the cap after the oil change. She loudly argued with me and I concluded the conversation by letting her know she doesn't work well with people. I informed the store manager, letting him know the auto center would be doing better off with Jessica stocking shelves. Needless to say, I'm never going back, but will do my own oil changes moving forward.

I don't know what's going on at the Auto Center, but I called them around 4 o'clock yesterday and…read morethe phone rang off the hook for like 30 minutes. I let it ring while running around doing chores around the house. After 30 minutes I drove to the location, and found everything locked up at 5 o'clock. An employee of the Walmart Super Center told me that they close at 4. So I called today at 12:15 pm. Again it rang and rang. After a very long time someone eventually picked up only to curtly tell me that between 12 and 1 the auto center is closed for lunch and that I have to call back. So I call back at 1:30, and, you guessed it it rang and rang until finally I hung up after listening to five minutes of ringing. Is anybody even ever there? And if not, why not put up signs with this information? Or an automated message on the answering machine? Their prices are good, but this is a very aggravating, uncaring, terrible lack of customer service.
