They are always solid. Same day and On time. Brought out to your car. And so many locations and exact same device at each.

I brought in several pairs of pants to be dry cleaned and shirts to be laundered. They did an okay job on the clothes but they dry cleaned one shirt and there was no reason to do that. When I questioned it, the girl at the counter had to get someone else who did give me a small refund but couldn't explain why they had done this. On top of that, I had recently used another cleaner that was nothing more than a hole in the wall. They did just as good a job and they charge about 60% less than Yale. I don't see any reason why a cleaner should charge nearly $6 to dry clean one pair of pants. That's a bit excessive, especially in Tulsa. I didn't pay that much in Los Angeles. I won't go back to Yale. Their work is not worth the price they charge. read more

I have been coming here for a few years and I've always had really nice clothes when I get them back. What I'm going to brag about for this location is Christi and Adriana ! They always always and I mean always greet you with a smile a true smile like they really appreciate you coming through that door ! Really great!! great ! employees. It's a shame that we don't have more workers like this in all businesses. They make it such a pleasure to do business at Yale cleaners and quite frankly if I was there boss I would make sure they were paid well enough where I would not lose them, thank you Christy and Adnna for making it such a pleasure to do business with Yale cleaners at 41st and 169 highway . I would like to add to my review Christy is the manager at this location . She Obviously is Training her employee's and manages very well . I had the pleasure of meeting with two of her employees Jennifer and Frandia ( forgive me if I spelled that wrong) but these two lady's have a great customer relations attitude, very friendly polite and have great smiles makes me feel they appreciate my business. These people are horrible. For 3 years now I have been complaining that they run their sprinklers on the sidewalk and into the street during the day and early evening when people are trying to use it. We have a lot of folks in electric and manual wheelchairs that are forced to go out into the street on an S-curve just to get to the stores & buses or back home. I have tried calling the head office, MANY times, they say they will "talk to the landscaper", but nothing ever changes. I even tried to talk to the manager at this location once and got yelled at & cussed out! When I pointed out someone was going to get hurt going into the street, I asked "What's more important, people's lives or your flowers?" The reply? "Our flowers." If you want to experience this for yourself, go try expressing concern over the safety of the handicapped and watch the fireworks! They COULD water later at night when no one is around, but they are sociopaths. I mean, who tells handicapped people to go screw themselves? Boycott these tools. read more

Incredibly disappointing and irresponsible service at 99th and Mingo location. They ruined our $328 Croscill "Dry Clean Only" comforter and blamed it on the manufacturer. They packed it up and intentionally returned it to us without mentioning anything whatsoever about the damage. They acknowledged that the damage occurred at their shop but refused to even entertain the idea that the damage might have been caused by their machines or employees - something that one would think they would at least want to investigate to prevent future damage to other customers property. Worst of all, they can't even be bothered with the simple, and customer service centered tasks of returning customers phone calls or apologizing for their mistakes. Here's what happened: I took our Croscill comforter here to be dry cleaned and picked it up on 3/28/19. Went straight home, removed it from the bag they packed it in, and spread it our over the bed, only to discover that a 3-4 inch wide area of the fabric running the entire 96 inches from side-to-side, had been pulled and shredded. My husband and I were shocked that they intentionally returned the comforter to us this way without saying anything about the damage. We packed it up and returned immediately to Yale Cleaners where we spoke with Wanda, the manager, who said she would have the District Manager look at it and would call us back the next day. Five days later, on 4/2/19, we had still not heard back so I called them. Wanda informed me that the DM had looked at it and determined that the damage was not the fault of Yale Cleaners. It is important to note that Wanda acknowledged that the damage occurred at Yale Cleaners, but she and the DM had concurred that the damage occurred because of the way the manufacturer, Croscill, made the comforter. Croscill, one of the largest, and best, textile manufacturers in the world, has been in business since 1946. It is hard to imagine that they could stay in business for 73 years if they manufactured faulty comforters that could not hold up to the "Dry Clean Only" instructions they put on them. Wanda said she would contact the DM right away and have her call me back. That was 4 days ago and, once again, I have still not heard back from anyone. Can't even begin to express how disappointed we are in Yale Cleaners. This has been a huge customer service fail and we could not, in good conscious, recommend them to anyone. read more

We took my husband's miltary uniforms in to be cleaned. We had some issues with the way they were cleaned but the owner contacted us and offered to fix the issue. I took my husband's uniforms back in and the manager called my husband directly to make sure they were done the way he wanted. read more

Let's start back om June 4th 2014, I dropped off some dry clean items and laundry service items, well soon after I leave I get a call that some where in the load an ink pen in a pocket. Understandable I do that at home. Well that ink got all over my light tan suit and ruined it well long story short the manager wanted to continue to run it through the cleaning and try to get it out with some "special remover" well unfortunately at that moment I was leaving town. So I told them i needed that suit for my trip so go ahead and try to clean it, the 2 days later I called and ask for an update and was informed it wasn't going to work so I asked about compensation the manager said ill have to get with my manager. The store manager wanted to give me pennies, my wife went to the store and showed them my receipts from Dillards from less than 1 yr from date of purchase. She still offered pennies. THANKFULLY the district manager and corporate stepped up and we negotiated on a price I was able to pick up a check that friday. The one star is only for the DSM and Corporate. However when I posted my experience on my social media pages whomever controls Yale cleaners account commented that I should be ashamed talking negatively about them after the 'case' was "resolved" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IMO Fast forward to today the morning of Feb 25 I decided to give the location my business again for the first time since June 2014...I took 2 full suits(one was a replacement from the suit that was ruined) 1 polo and 5 dress shirts. I go that same afternoon to pick up my items and left well when I got home I hung up the items without removing the plastic. The next morning I put on the polo(dry cleaning item) and it smelled so bad It instantly gave me a headache so I smelled everything else and the laundry items were fine but my suits also smelled bad like a chemical smell. So I loaded everything up and went back to the store and told them about it. The service clerk said well I cant smell anything......I said no disrespect but maybe your are used to the smell but I do and its nauseating. They offered to redo the dry cleaning items(2 suits 1polo) later that day I got the notification that my cleaning was completed so I went back and the afternoon crew was working and the items smell had gotten worse. And I ask the gentleman what is the problem I've had items dry cleaned many many times and never experienced this. His response was "oh thats just the chemical used to dry clean." Ok but why does it smell this offensive? Again I've never had this happen before and its very bad. Well the manager (which happened to be the same manager from the experience above) is at the adjacent counter said "hold on I'll be right there" she came over and said "whats the problem here?" I told her I had to have these items redone due to the smell and she replied oh yes he was correct its just from the dry cleaning chemical. Again I asked why is it smelling now when its never happened before? She replied noone else is complaining about it... I said ma'am im not everyone else I paid for a service and I am not satisfied with what was given back to me, what can we do to fix this? She said just hold on let me get another item that was dry cleaned today and let's see if it smells. I said ma'am I don't want to or need to smell another customer's item, I want my items fixed. She well just leave them here and we will do them again. I said well what will change in this process? If I leave it itll be the 3rd time my items will be dry cleaned. She said we havent tried it 3 times. I said ma'am I didnt say you've done it 3 times, I said if I leave it again it will have been processed now 3 times, if you cant offwr me a solution or change I dont see the point of running it again with the possibility of it smelling worse.She said WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU, IM NOT A MAGICIAN!!! (Deep breathe) I said this is absolutely unacceptable service, I got my items and left before I said something I would regret. Before leaving the parking lot I phoned the corporate office and left a message due to them being closed. Drove directly to store #92 explained what was going on and my issue and the counter clerks and the store manager immediately apologized on behalf of the company and told exactly how they would rectify the issue with my items at no charge and they would be ready the next morning. The next morning I got the notification my items were ready for pick up. I arrived at the store and my items were perfect and not smelling at all. STORE 92 has my business moving forward. I ordered a formal dress and simply needed it steamed, as it wrinkled from being shipped. Went to the location on 41st Street. The young man took my dress off of the hanger and bought it in to the manager. Initially, the manager refused to take the dress, stating that it was a wedding dress. I advised her that it was not a wedding dress, it was a formal, and simply needed to be steamed to get the wrinkles out. Then she snapped at me saying "$100!" I said "nevermind! I'll go somewhere else". The young man proceeded to bunch my dress up and hand it to me, allowing it to drag on my vehicle. When I objected, telling him that the dress did not need to be cleaned, but would if he continued to allow it to brush up against my car, he replied with an attitude "I'm not brushing up against the car!" I also told him that he needed to place the dress on the hanger as I presented it to him, and he responded " ok.. but I don't have to!" The manager took the dress back, put it on the hanger, and very sarcastically said "have a nice day!" She waived as I drove off Two issues with that..... absence of common sense. I simply wanted the gown steam pressed for wrinkle removal. No dry cleaning needed. If some service folks would LISTEN and UNDERSTAND what the customer's needs actually are, then situations like this would be avoided. Secondly, if my dress was so nice that they wanted to charge me $100 to press, why not treat it as valuable? Bunching it up, allowing it to brush up against a dirty car, and not returning it to me on a hanger shows what little regard they had for my garment. Poor customer service. If it was possible, I'd give them zero stars. read more

I dropped off a few items. Yale "washed" my wool shirt. It naturedly shrank. It was a Penalton. I was offered (about) 50%. I was sad because my father had a matching color etc. I was doing about $350 in dry cleaning and shirt washing (per year). Considering the loss of years of business ...... it might have been better for YALE to offer a little better settlement. read more

My husband has used this Yale Cleaners location for years for his wash/press shirts and he is happy with the service. It's also convenient to his work location. My poor review of this Yale Cleaners is due to them ruining two wool garments of mine. I don't have many quality wool garments and when I infrequently use a dry-cleaning service, I expect them to know how to properly clean wool garments (suits, sweaters). I've only taken wool garments (actually, my husband took them for me when he took his shirts) to be dry-cleaned here very few times -- perhaps 3 or 4 times over the past 10 years. I take good care of and/or wear my wool garments infrequently due to our warm climate. When I do wear them, however, I like to have them freshly dry-cleaned. Two of the garments that were dry-cleaned at this location were visibly smaller when I got them back. They no longer fit me and it was obvious to me the garments were not properly dry-cleaned but perhaps (IDK) were WASHED. I can't think of any other reason they would have shrunk. I cannot prove what happened to the garments but after this second bad experience of an expensive sweater ending up in the same poor condition, I've learned my lesson. I will not recommend this "dry" cleaner. read more
