The order is not made until we have a common understanding of what I want. The workers that come out are hard workers, very respectful and do excellent work. They quickly respond to any questions I may have as does Phil. The finished project looked absolutely awesome and is very sturdy with an excellent warranty. Phil was very responsive when I asked him about replacing the railings to my back deck with stairs. I have balance issues requiring a cane to walk. Phil and I discussed my situation and discussed the best way for me to transfer myself from the stairway to the lawn and back up to the stairs again. We brainstormed different ideas using my suggestions as he offered some until we came to a very satisfactory solution that pleased me very much! The whole process was done in a very professional and yet casual manner where I felt very at ease with our exchange of ideas. I am very pleased with the overall final product including the sturdy quality that far exceeded what I previously had. I thought that the price was very reasonable for the quality of what received. It was a pleasure working with Phil and his workers! I would definitely hire them again for anything related to fencing.

This place is located about halfway down Fruitvale and while it isn't much to look at from the outside, the guys and gals working here do a really nice job! Around the area, they're primarily known for fixing lawnmowers, but I found out recently they were able to fix my snowblower! Call they are often very busy, but in the middle of winter, things slow down a little. While it's not always this way, we dropped off a couple of items, and they were done within 48 hours. Very helpful with the next big snowstorm coming! They have plenty of power tools, lawnmowers, snowblowers and generators for sale here. If you ever needed to make sure your house ran only on gasoline, this would definitely be a place check out! I'm always amazed at the prices for getting things like a lawnmower checked out. I don't know how much it should cost, but it always seems a little bit on the expensive side. Here, they charge $89 an hour for general small engine work. Realistically, that's not bad as I think a plumber charges 120 per hour! They have a $44.50 minimum diagnostic charge that is credited towards the overall cost if you decide that you want to proceed. This was helpful for the non-running lawnmower I had. It ended up they just needed to change a couple parts, but it could've been very expensive and I didn't want them to just have free reign over the bank. When all is said and done, this was a very positive experience and this is the place that we will be going back to for our small engine needs!

Also, to handle our furniture, they needed at least 5-6 people, but there were only three of them and they worked themselves to death. I feel bad for those three guys and it's not fair to them. FYI, if you need the company to hold on to your furniture, they also charge another $1000 for a week. I looked up other reviews for them and they are glowing with five stars. I hired Eric Rodriguez on April 28, 2026 to replace my wood fence and paid $3,800 upfront for materials, with the remaining balance due upon completion. The fence was promised to be completed by May 10th (Mother's Day weekend). To date, the project is still not finished. The old fence was removed, and the fence posts and cross beams were installed, but no fence pickets have been put up. For weeks I was told, "Your fence will be done this week," but the work never happened. For the last two weeks, I have called, texted, and messaged with no response. I even requested a partial refund so I could purchase the remaining materials and hire someone else to finish the job. I have received no reply. Additionally, my neighbor's sprinkler system was damaged during the fence removal process, and they have also been unable to get a response regarding repairs.
