Some guy told me it has been their policy since the store opened, I said I have never seen anything posted that you cannot return a plant. So I'm out of $8.97. I have shopped there for years and never had a problem they were my go to store over major retails. I will shop where there is a return policy should this ever happen again.

Gary, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, walked me through the different varieties of feed and knew exactly which one would work best for my chickens. He even offered to show me a tour of the facility, which I eagerly accepted. It was fascinating to see how they make the feed and to learn about the ingredients that are incorporated into it. I love that the feed is all natural, and the entire experience was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly it was a great experience! I just had my dog in for grooming - they did a good job with the grooming and followed the…read moreinstructions I gave. These are very nice folks who care about your furbabies and treats them well. However, the administrative side of the business needs attention. I had scheduled an appointment via FB Messenger on July 21st for an appointment on August 15th (I took time off work for this appointment). When I arrived for my appointment it had not been written down and my only option was to take another day off work and run back over from West Valley to North Selah. When I arrived the next day for my appointment and showed them the message string for my first appointment, it was acknowlegded that it was her message with me, but no appology nor offer to discount my first grooming experience with them for all the inconvenience. My second issue is that it was never communicated that they did not take cards - only cash or checks. I do not wish to discourage you from using their service, just be aware that you, the client, are going to have to take all the responsibility for communication and making sure your appointment is written down in their appointment book. I have chosen to find myself another groomer much closer to home.
