They put the servers in the new location and forgot to let domain traffic go through them. They control the domain. They put a network rack with servers in the break room -- no security and a danger. They suggested we have our computers go through old voip telephones even though another part of their company said this would be too slow. When I was in a meeting with their employee Jeff he would hardly even acknowledge my existence even though I was the sole IT person for the company. He also recommended (to a senior manager) that I put a wire in the ceiling for a connection when I am not licensed to do that and could get in serious trouble if there were a fire. It was a wall to computer network wire and would allow dangerous gases to escape from the ceiling due to their non-plenum rated wiring. I picked up far too many pieces for this company. They present themselves as more competent than they really are. If you want good IT service go elsewhere.
