DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I paid $180 for…read morea screen replacement and left with a completely unusable phone. Multiple new hardware failures, a screw rattling around in my phone with no accountability, and no refund. I brought my Samsung S22 Ultra in for a screen replacement. The phone had a screen issue but EVERYTHING else worked perfectly fine, not a single issue. I paid $180 for an aftermarket OLED screen replacement. DAY 1 - FIRST PROBLEM: Picked up my phone - screen worked but immediately had "No SIM · Emergency calls only" error. Phone briefly connected to network for ONE minute, sent a text, then lost all cellular service permanently. IMEI shows up, Wi-Fi works fine, they clearly disconnected or damaged the RF antenna cable or something else during the screen replacement. Can't make calls, can't text, can't use mobile data. Wasn't like that when I dropped it off... DAY 2 - SECOND PROBLEM: Came back and told them I can't call or text. They replaced my charging port claiming it might fix the problem. Got home and phone won't charge. Charging port is all loose and floppy now. Wasn't like that when I dropped it off. DAY 3: Came back with phone that has no cellular AND won't charge. They kept my phone. I had to call them late in the day just to find out what was happening. They said "motherboard needs replaced it is coming tomorrow." DAY 4: They don't call me all day. I call them and they say it didn't show up, maybe tomorrow. Okay, very inconvenient but life happens. DAY 5: No call... again. I call them and they say it's not here, should be tomorrow. They still have my phone. DAY 6 - THE RUNAROUND: No call... AGAIN. So, I call and suddenly it's ready to come and get it. I show up and the guy tells me "it's the SIM card" I ONLY HAVE eSIM NOT A PHYSICAL SIM! Then he says "it's the motherboard." I was under the impression I waited 3 days because they were replacing the motherboard? Then he starts giving me conflicting explanations, eventually saying the phone is no good and needs replaced. Clearly taking no responsibility for all the problems they caused breaking my phone and clearly has no idea how to fix it. Then tells me "we only warranty the screen replacement" basically admitting they don't care about all the other damage they caused. I LEFT AND WENT NEXT DOOR TO VERIZON to try to reprovision the eSIM (Just in case). Verizon called tech support for eSIM and big SURPRISE, the phone SHUT OFF while she was working on it. Cellular STILL doesn't work and the screen I paid $180 to fix is now doing the same thing that I paid them to fix. They fixed nothing and broke everything else. The Verizon tech called Verizon technical support while trying to help. The support person said it sounds like internal physical damage something about legs or connectors being broken. They didn't even know about the screen replacement at that point. Then Samsung support got on the phone and said the same thing, sounds like a physical hardware problem. Multiple tech support people independently diagnosed hardware damage before even knowing this repair shop had touched my phone. Turns out the parts both Tech supports mentioned are parts that have to be removed for a new screen replacement.... Save your money, go to a professional shop. Filing BBB complaint and credit card dispute.

We were told by the phone salesman that a VPN was a necessity. He neglected to say it's really only needed if you use public wifi, which we don't. We went to our local Best Buy to see if they could help us with these problems and they told us that we don't need a VPN. We've removed the VPN from all of our devices and tried to return it nine days after the purchase date only to find out that the 30-day NordVPN 100% satisfaction guarantee doesn't apply if it's purchased at Best Buy. This is the same for almost all software that offers a money-back guarantee. Do yourself a favor and only purchase software directly from the manufacture. We might as well have flushed $70 down the toilet.

Insignia 250. I wish I could give the negative number -3 on the Best Buy customer service. No one…read morehad what should have been routine answers for questions I had and efforts to trouble-shoot issues were never offered as they arose. I was repeatedly told by Best Buy staff that they could not help me, to contact Insignia products. At least Insignia was easier to talk to but lacked appropriate communication with Best Buy staffers themselves. There were contradictions in what I was repeatedly being told without explanation or clarification. After an over 500$ purchase which included a warranty, I have wasted hours trying to get the information needed. Let me be clear... BEST BUY sucks. The organizations Best Buy pays to pick up the pieces after the traumatic experience of dealing with in-store inept personnel far exceed any of Best Buy efforts. My ac unit was bought outright in April and only was used weeks in May when it was first turned on. The manual is useless. Everything I found was posted online never clearly getting a picture of how to use my unit to increase its longevity. I have cashed in with my warranty and the new unit has now been installed-a fight I had to take on even though I had paid for the original installation. With no coaching as to the effective use of the product I have done everything I can. It is a loud unit, louder than the first. I found that information online. What is normal for the Insignia ac? I don't know but maybe I will trip over more info online. It sure wont be found at the store. What is the recommended maintenance? That info is coming in one small detail at a time, again online. And I paid what? 529$ and I cashed in on the replacement. I will run it until it runs no-more still doing the best I can with non-existent support I have. (No family either) If I get less than 4 years outs THIS unit I will be asking be reimbursement of the total price. BEST BUY should be called BIGGEST RIP-OFF!!!
