The dim sum combinations seemed popular, but we ran out of time during our trip and were unable to return and try those and more of their extensive menu (the sieuw ya fan, kam lo wan tan, yuk chi tofu, and regional sets certainly caught our eye). We went too heavy on the Dim Sim, ordering six types of noodles, dumplings, and baopaos - but in reality one or two were enough for our small group. As servers carrying whole suckling pigs, crackling peking ducks, and gorgeous overflowing plates of greens pass by your table, you'll regret your choice to stick with snacks. The salted cod + chicken fried rice should not be missed. Pictures on the menu are a huge advantage and let you spy on other tables to try and order better.
