She doesn't return calls, messages and is barely friendly. I am actively looking for a new dr. It's clear this practice has gone downhill. They wouldn't prescribe the antiviral to my husband with Covid if he didn't go for an appointment so they can get the money. He couldn't help testing positive on a weekend. And he reminded them he has cancer...THEY didn't care! The entire practice has lost its friendly vibe and professionalism. Don't go here!!! if I could give zero stars I would!

Two stars: one for the receptionists/schedulers and one for the nurse who welcomed me back,…read morelistened well, was patient and polite and thorough, took my blood pressure, etc. Three stars removed: one for Elsa Bagnulo, the Nurse Practitioner they scheduled me to see in lieu of Dr. Anderson, who was booked out six months in advance. Elsa Bagnulo rushed me out and would not even refill my prescription for basic allergy eye drops. The second removed star is for the phlebotomist whom I asked to use a butterfly needle. She looked at me like I was crazy and then gave me the biggest hematoma (golf ball sized bubble of blood under the skin at the blood withdrawal site) which later turned into a flat bruise that is still present and spans about 1/3 of my entire arm 1.5 weeks later. The third star removed is for the office policy (or maybe Elsa Bagnulo's) to refuse to give me paper prescriptions when requested, and then never provide the prescriptions nor my blood test results, either electronically or on paper, even after I signed up for their patient portal app and requested my results. With no written (neither paper nor electronic) blood test results provided, no prescriptions provided, and a gigantic bruise all over my arm, what was the point in going to Neuse Valley Medical for my annual physical exam?!

For any of you considering DPC for your medical needs ... I have enrolled with Dr. Inaam J…read more Schneider. I've seen her twice so far. The first time was because I was sick with bronchitis. The second was for my new patient physical. She is by far the most comprehensive doctor I have ever seen! She took the time to review my entire medical history, address any/all concerns I had, AND was genuinely interested in who I was as a person. Seriously, when do you ever get that from a doctor??? On top of that, she followed up with me after hours on several issues and took the time to find my prescriptions at the lowest cost possible. Really??? No doctor ever does that. Dr. Inaam J. Schneider does. If you are concerned about ObamaCare and the changes coming or if you are like us and just couldn't afford the new Marketplace pricing, go to Dr. Schneider. I am now convinced the DPC model is the way to go!

Maria (Dr. Schneider's staff) was helpful and cheerful from the moment I walked in and Dr. Schnieder spent more than an hour and half with me, listening and responding to my medical history. Dr. Inaam is knowledgeable, yet humble. In my experience, humility is a rarity in the medical community. Here's how I know this about her: It's really difficult to draw my blood. My veins are small and deep, and I can't tell you how many times I've left a blood draw and had bruises on the insides of both elbows for days. When Dr. Inaam and Maria didn't immediately find a good vein, they didn't poke and poke. They didn't even poke once! They gave me two bottle of water to drink to see whether hydration would help. When it didn't, they sent me to LabCorp where someone who draws blood all day every day quickly tapped a vein and got the blood necessary for my tests. There were many good things about my visit, but that was the thing that sealed the deal and made me sure Dr. Inaam is the right doctor for me.
