Loved the descriptions and info the captain shared during the tour. Inside the ship it was a bit hard to hear though, over everyone talking. Definitely feel like we got the value for what we paid. I would definitely take out of town relatives/tourists on this. Parking was good, nearby. However, that said, it's a bit of a challenge to get to it with the construction nearby. Also a nice restaurant just across the street where some members of our party had lunch prior to the sailing. Overall a good event or thing to do with visitors.

The first mate was so energetic- she was running around doing the sails and helping bartend, and she was there helping set the party mood. They had some recent party tracks and a nice music mix and the sound system is good. Weather was wonderful, and they give you towels and help you get on to the front of the boat if you're all land-legged like me. I spent the time perched in the front enjoying all the clean breeze. Initially offered to cancel due to "weather" but no weather issues whatsoever. Sunny skies and clear conditions. All boats went out without issue. When we declined to cancel the response was "boat isn't going out today". Zero effort to find another boat or alternative after a private charter booked on the Missconduct. "Missconduct" has the most fitting name for a private Charter boat. Do Better.

TL;DR: sunset obstructed by multimillion dollar homes, does not go into open ocean, bring a warm…read morejacket (for when sun sets during winter), hard to hear intercom if at bow of yacht TIPS: - If you want to hear the fun facts that the captain tells during the cruise, do not sit at the bow because you will not be able to hear anything clearly. - Bring a warm jacket if going to a dinner cruise in winter. - Expect no clear sunset views. I went on the Dinner Cruise in December. Service: Wait in line to be boarded, check in, go hang out anywhere (inside, front/back of lower deck, front/back of upper deck), food will be served to you whenever you seat yourself (I was served at 5:30pm), non alcoholic drinks are complimentary at the bar otherwise it's BYOB. Fun cruise experience. I get sea sick and was not sea sick at all during the entire cruise. The front of the yacht can be really windy so keep that in mind, especially once the sun sets because it can get cold during winter. The yacht only travels intercostally, no open sea. That being said, it was iron and sad to see the beautiful picturesque sunset being obstructed by all the multimillion dollar homes lining waterway. Side salad of mixed greens, cucumber, shredded carrot, and grape tomato (ranch or vinaigrette dressing) was served alongside Lasagna topped with Italian sausage and a slice of garlic buttered French bread. It was all very homemade tasting and yummy! For dessert, a square slice of carrot cake was served, not too sweet and very satisfying (however, it does contain walnuts so beware if you have allergies).

I was contacted by Cris Castles regarding the sale of my boat. He stated he had several buyers that…read morewould be interested and if I signed a contract with him, he thought he could have her sold quickly. I told him I had some interest already and that I wanted to continue to try and sell on my own and he said that I could continue to do so even after he listed it and if I sold it on my own it would be fine. He had my boat listed for 5 months with only one lowball offer during that time. I was not told or given links to the listings, given any feedback on activity, etc during that time. I ended up selling the boat on my own. I was honest enough to let him know I sold the boat on my own and he congratulated me by demanding $5000 commission as per the listing contract. I reminded him numerous times via email of our verbal agreement and not one time did he acknowledge or even deny the verbal agreement but instead threated legal action if he was not paid. In the end, he "graciously" (his words) said he would accept $2500 which I ended up having to pay. He has already also threatened me with a lawsuit if I post anything falsely defaming about him or his company. As such, everything I have written is true to the best of my knowledge and defensible with either emails or witnesses. I would never trust, use, or recommend Cris Castles or Adventure Yachts.
