I have dropped off a few things here - a keyboard that has been ruined by some spilled plum wine, an old tv that I kept around since 2013 and an outdated Roku that doesn't get updates anymore. Someone came out to meet me each time and it was just a matter of handing things over. For the tv, I did have to write my name and address. I didn't have to pay for any of the above. Smooth drop off experience. I called them to make sure they were open (yes, they were, and the hours they mentioned over the phone matched the ones posted online), then drove over. A cheerful young man met me in the parking lot. He took a cursory look inside my bag of items (cables, old flashlights, mice), then took it from me. The whole visit lasted barely a minute. Very happy to have found this place as I went to a few others in the area and you're lucky to find any that are staffed. I was cleaning out a small business so I had two full car loads of e-waste including circuit boards, monitors, motors, switches , electrical cables, etc. I had three microwaves and some fans which they took for a very nominal fee of $5 each.
