I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. I would absolutely recommend Canopy Roofing and Luis to anyone looking for a roofer. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and personal care.

Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. I had them remove an old wooden fence and replace it with new vinyl fencing. They were agreeable to…read morepicking up the fencing material at Home Depot for me and they told me how many 4x4s and concrete I needed and I complied. At first the completed job looked very good but later I discovered that they had not sunk one of the 4x4's for one of the fence panel posts. At this location they only sunk the vinyl post and the concrete was only on one side of the post. On they other they put a half-a**ed wooden support in the ground. The result was this post was not vertically leveled and would move significantly back and forth when moved by hand. I speculate that the worker (who BTW was smoking pot during the job) did not want to deal with my Bougainvillea on that side of the fence. This last weekend I had to increase the post support with additional concrete on that side and that is something I should not have had to do.
