He ushered me along with the comment that he had to serve others?? Wtf? As much as I spent in this store over the years I thought for sure this kid wouldn't rip me off. Not my fault you don't have any change in your drawers. Now educate your store help! And this has nothing to do with money, only manners.

It was inviting, the glass brings in natural light, and makes it feel bigger. There seemed to be plenty of seating whether it was inside. On the loft, or on the patio. I was there at lunch so I am sure it has more guests in the evening. The food was great. The Pastrami Sandwich was warm and the bread was soft. With the meat, you received sautéed onions, and dill pickle slices right down the middle. Each bite was consistently good. The Parmesan fries were very nice. Light and Crispy, just the way I like them! I took home a growler (porter) and am looking forward to enjoying it around my fire pit. I also purchased a hoodie for my wife who was not able to attend. Both were priced fair for the quality.

Would NOT recommend the Maple waffle bacon pizza (my bad) but the beers are yummy, even after the one I was out! The nachos were delicious, and the fish and chips were great. Not too greasy either! Even though they were super busy, our food came out quick and our server was attentive to us and the rest of his tables!

It's not like I don't have other dependable online retailers, but they carried multiple versions of what I was looking for and this allowed me to consolidate shipping cost into one order instead of multiple orders from multiple retailers and therefore multiple shipping charges and multiple days I'd have to be home to sign for delivery. What happened next exceeded my expectations. The way these valuable (to me) bottles were packaged was off the chart (in a GREAT way)! I was SO elated they took the care to package everything so well. I may have spent a lot of money but I really appreciated the hand written note!!! I showed my wife. Like writing a review on Yelp, I only tell my wife when something is really good, or really bad. I then told my neighbor. He and I, separately, spend up to several hundred dollars per month on our whiskey hobby. That's average, so sometimes less, sometimes more. I absolutely feel like I've found a gem of a store, a place so solid in service that they are in my research rotation now. I have no doubt I'll be ordering again.

The next nearest liquor stores are in Brookings/Harbor to the south and Langlois to the north. (There IS a small store in Port Orford, but it's honestly got no selection worth mentioning.) Considering how long it takes to reach the other places, for us in Ophir/Nesika Beach, GB Liquor is essential.
