It's a little on the pricey side... but I haven't been to another restaurant equipment store so can't really say for sure just comparing to the commercial restaurant pots from Sam's club. They only had a few selection of the things I came in for but ended up getting other things that I forgot I needed as well. Some things didn't have a price label which I felt was inconsistent through out the store... but it's fine. The cashier was friendly and even gave me 10% off my first purchase! Overall a nice warehouse of things for your restaurant business!

This is an interesting store that has takeout containers, disposable utensils, dressings, jams, canned corned beef, salsa, cleaning products, etc. I paid attention to the "Hot Sale" signs for the best prices and great deals. I found sleeves of cups that my mom likes to use to serve certain desserts. It's challenging to find these disposable cups! I had looked everywhere for them! Now, I find them for $3 ... wow! I think I need to return! I saw packs of plastic spoons for $2. Maybe I should get them for the next family party... Tip: use cash to avoid the 2.5% credit card fee. The need to support local for various packing items KYD, Inc is an awesome place that does provide materials not just to the retail industry but for the general public as well. Nadine C suggested to check this place out which I'm so happy I did though the location is in the Lagoon Drive area which we all know the parking situation is tough though they do have a few stalls right in front of the biz many do drive by and double park behind you so if you find a street parking it's totally suggested the best way to avoid getting blocked. The door is to the left of the building and is actually the Will Call area though they do have a lot of shelves to display their inventory which does include cleaning chemicals, food containers, gloves and many items that you just don't see like foam trays. Their clearance section items starts from $0.50 with sale items from $1 finding items for your event doesn't have to be pricey. Thank you!

I'm so happy when I called Island Marketing (IM) and it was open today and allows walk ins. There is a parking lot right in front of its business. Easy access and as you enter IM, there is a compact front showcase section that shows much of what IM carries for wholesale and retail. So many choices here! I met Eric, one of the two owners, who work tirelessly here. It's amazing how much inventory is carried in this business. It's usually very quiet when I'm there and there's lots of space to wander through the aisles. If I'm looking for a slightly more unusual item, I usually give ChefZone a try as they have all sorts of interesting things. Parking is free and there are usually several open spaces. You have to sign up for an Ohana Card to purchase but it's free and simple to get once you enter.

One of the biggest inventories in used or refurbished restaurant equipment on the island, I believe, and it also brings in some new stuff from time to time. Trigo is personable and most of all very honest and strives to make sure his customers are happy. Trigo is very helpful with answering questions and really knows his stuff. If you aren't happy neither is he. Id recommend REI for any restaurant business on the island looking to improve.

They wanted to change the pumps. One of my employees said this is nonsense, he fixed it removing a small piece of plastic inside the pump. Good bye FEPSCO. To me, that's pretty good, but if you're picky on the quality of meat and cut it has then you won't be satisfied. The kalbi at Skyson is pretty much different shapes and sizes. You'll get some that's meaty to were theres a small piece of meat, or some that has the meat detaching from the three-bones. Kalbi is kalbi. Kalbi is tasty, and when it comes out its not kalbi, lol, but I like this place. No complaints yet..
