Today I was buying another pair of Jeans and boot socks. There was a customer who wanted to return a pair of boots, but they didn't meet the refund requirements and the gas a store credit. He said it was fine, but kept berating the two young ladies. Threatening the young ladies with terrible reviews until he tried to bring me into it and I provided my opinion at which point he stopped. I'm here to say the young ladies handled everything very professionally and are great assets to the Billy's team.

Their web site is inaccurate and doesn't reflect stock on hand and they wait until your payment clears to verify if they have what you need in stock. I've had him to staff shirts, pup tanks, and workout gear for myself and the design and print work is always spot on. He even went out of his way to find out a different technique to print on compression gear, which need to withstand lots of stretching. Fortunately my receipt was in the car. It showed the purchase. But the system still did not find the transaction. My card number was at the bottom of the receipt. They wanted me to Come back the next day? No. They said they can't give me cash back. Oh yes you can. I have a receipt that proves the purchase and the money was removed from my account. They finally gave me my cash back.
