Wanting to make…read morepositive changes to our website, increase visits, re-brand, optimize SEO and basically just 'be seen' in a more professional light, I put an ad on Craigslist looking for a web designer. Of course, I got the one zillion responses that you'd expect. Even when I asked for such specifics as "must be physically located in Seattle", "must have more than 1 year of experience", etc, I had people trying to sell me cookie cutter websites from across the globe. In stepped WildWing... From the very first email from Mariah, I felt that my luck was about to change. I met with Mariah and Brennan just a day after receiving their articulate, intriguing message and could tell immediately that they were movers and shakers. I felt without hesitation that they were the best and truly, only choice for our little growing business. I signed their easy to follow, totally transparent contract about an hour into our first meeting, and off they went, to start the process of making us look like we knew what we were doing! WildWing completely renovated our decrepit website, adding interesting quotes, tag lines and pictures that we didn't even know we had on file. They took my big, lofty ideas and turned them into a product so bright, I couldn't believe my eyes. After just 3 months of working with them, I would not dream of working with anyone else in the web-related field. From their exceptionally timely response rate, to their "we can do that" attitude, there isn't a single thing I would change about our experience with them to date. They provide measurable results and offer reasonable, cost-effective solutions to our issues. Add to all of this that they are also incredibly nice, real, fun people with a passion for making things 'right'. Their dedication to getting the job done right the first time is admirable and righteous. Don't hesitate... WildWing will make the seemingly impossible, your reality.

From the very beginning Mariah was kind in her emails, went back and forth with me however many times needed in order to solve my problem or get what I wanted with my inquiry at hand. I've never had a bad experience, and she is always quick to answer my emails at any point with whatever I need. Whatever you pay for their help is WELL WORTH it with the amount of time you will save trying to figure it out yourself. I hands down will continue to work along side Mariah for years to come - as long as I have my business, she will be my go-to for any help I need! FRIENDLY, SPEEDY, SMART AND EFFICIENT are the words I'd use to describe Wild Wing. Thank-you for making my life so much easier!

Great customer service. Helpful and honest advice. Friendly folks who were perfectly willing to…read moretalk options or make recommendations. For what I got, very reasonable pricing. A little over a week ago, my cat decided to water test my laptop. Long story short, a glass of water spilled into (!) my laptop. The laptop sat immersed in this pool of water for nearly 20 hours. Everything was complete toast. Although most of my files are in the cloud, especially the most important ones, I decided there might be the occasional file or folder that I might not notice tomorrow or even a year from now. I decided it would be best to retrieve the contents of the drive on the laptop for peace of mind. I left the laptop with them to do an assessment first. That assessment was ~$80. After their assessment, they indicated that the contents of the drive were retrievable and gave me an estimate of $400 to retrieve the contents of the drive (the $80 would apply to that figure). I decided it was worth the cost, if for nothing more than that elusive peace of mind. I also needed a drive to put the contents on (or provide my own). Since I didn't have one, and didn't want to bother with purchasing a 3rd party drive, they charged me $140 for a Toshiba Portable Storage device. So, for about $600 (w/ tax) I got everything off the lost drive. Was it worth it? Without a doubt. Would I go back? Hell yeah.

Martin's response to my review is further evidence of the behavior I previously noted. He is…read moreobfuscating and attempting to be misleading. My comments had nothing to do with not being able to answer every call (they did answer mine) or not being able to accept my service request. My point was, and continues to be, that whoever answered my call was intentionally unhelpful. Martin knows exactly who Rain City is, and knew who I was looking for. When they first split off the retail business, they were going to keep the Progressive Tech name. Then, due to some issues between them, they had to change to Rain City. Martin apparently still harbors a grudge, hence he refuses to refer any retail business to them. An honest answer would have been, "Yes, the people who used to handle retail repairs here did start a new business on Lake City Way, you're looking for Rain City Tech." An honest response to my review would have been "Sorry we played dumb and pretended not to know what you were asking, we should have just given you Rain City's new name."
