5 stars for Ethan's customer service & expertise on his knowledge of fitness supplements!…read more I am a regular at vitamin shop, and typically only shop there or bodybuilding.com and very frugal when it comes to buying supplements only buy when they are on sale. I came in here on a total whim just to see what kind of stim free pump they had. I was immediately greeted by Ethan who was very enthused and eager to show me exactly where these were. Ethan went over each product and gave me his personal recommendation. I wasn't planning to buy but he sold me!! After saying I was all set he wanted to show me around & showed me their proteins. He even asked me if I wanted a sample of the s'mores flavor. I said sure I'd love to try it! I was literally shocked when Ethan then made me an entire protein shake and gave me a free shaker! I figured it would be a tiny sample in a 2 oz cup like they do at vitamin shoppe. The protein was absolutely delicious! Seemed to have amazing ingredients so I will definitely be back!! Thank you Ethan! I am now a fan of max muscle after stopping next door at greens n grille for over 12 years I had never stopped in here.

I love it more now that they started to price match! These stores tend to over price everything and with price matching, this helps them stay competitive with stores like Amazon. I will definatly be back to buy more products, only because they price match and know that I can get the same product with a good price. And not over pay. That's why I love this store.

I walked in without an order made, and was treated like I didn't matter one bit at checkin because I hadn't ordered anything for pickup. I had never been inside a dispensary nor had I ever ordered in person before, and I just so happen to land in the rudest of them all. And when I say rude, it was only the receptionist who was dismissive and impolite. I asked her what the process was since I had never done an in-person experience and she told me I should have read the FAQs online before coming and that it could be up to an hour of a wait. So I waited. The guy called me back, and I went to Dani. She was super nice, but didn't seem the most knowledgeable in overall cannabis terms and uses for recommending products. It was as if she was just reading from a prompter. The second time around, I made an order and got in, without any issues. The order notification said everything was available in the order, but when I arrived the receptionist this go around (different from first) said that they were out of flower and told me my new total--which didn't meet the minimum for the Black Friday Special, didn't even recommend an upsell or similar product but I requested one. Thankfully the curly-haired tinted glasses dude was onboard that day and had replacement ready for me. He's awesome. They do always seem to be out of at least one or two things I requested each visit, but that may be supply/demand issues out of their control. Overall, not a horrible dispensary depending on who you get. It's definitely a toss up.

During the visit, I used the restroom--something I've done before at this store without issue. When I exited, I was confronted by a store associate named Zach, who questioned why I had used the restroom without asking his permission. At first, I thought he was joking because of his tone, but I quickly realized he was serious when he began cursing at me in front of my son. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. A loud verbal disagreement followed, and I requested to speak with management. The only resolution offered was that Zach was told he should not curse at customers. That response made it clear to me that customer well-being is not a priority here. Because of this experience, I am ending my membership and will no longer do business with The Vitamin Shoppe. Respect and professionalism should never be optional in customer service.
