Two online orders ago I was charged a different price in the store then I was online, it took a couple people and me standing my ground before it was agreed to refund me the difference. My last online order was deleted out of the system with no courtesy of any communication. If you don't have the product the website shouldn't sell it to me, if the website does sell it to me and the person bagging the order doesn't have the product, shouldn't they call me? Inform me? As a person in the hospitality/F&B industry, delivery is its own vice and brings a lot of expenses, but if you do it, do it for free. Otherwise, tipping you drivers can be a problem for some who can't afford it but need the delivery service and medical relief. It's also taking care of the drivers to ensure they get compensated for their commute. So, kudos VidaCann! They've never been out of anything I'm looking for, and it's one dispensary that I've found that offers a large portfolio of concentrates, as I love cooking with different concentrations. My in-person experiences have also been topnotch and, they even went through different effects to expect from different concentrates and recommended using RSO for cooking, hear that? A recommendation! No other dispensary has done that with actual scientific data to back it up and they knew what CBG is! These are the types of things I look for in a dispensary.
