On Monday, September 1, 2025 (Labor Day), I visited this location with my son to pick up a few items. Mondays are veteran discount days, which I've appreciated in the past. During the visit, I used the restroom--something I've done before at this store without issue. When I exited, I was confronted by a store associate named Zach, who questioned why I had used the restroom without asking his permission. At first, I thought he was joking because of his tone, but I quickly realized he was serious when he began cursing at me in front of my son. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. A loud verbal disagreement followed, and I requested to speak with management. The only resolution offered was that Zach was told he should not curse at customers. That response made it clear to me that customer well-being is not a priority here. Because of this experience, I am ending my membership and will no longer do business with The Vitamin Shoppe. Respect and professionalism should never be optional in customer service. read more

First time in this or any vitamin store. I have been dealing with some medical issues and my medical team had some recommendations as supplements to the excellent care they provide. I had to leave a quick review as I was struck by the service, particularly in contrast to the service at my own regular pharmacy. I arrived at that pharmacy about a half hour before closing and the look I got for asking for help at that hour was disappointing. I stopped by the Vitamin Shoppe to pick up a couple of items that would normally get on Amazon. They were price listed lower on Amazon but I was in the area and wanted my items that afternoon. The store was showroom quality. Not an item out of place, super clean and merchandise perfectly lined up. Looks like they were having an employee meeting when I arrived. They all stood in a circle by the door with big smiles and eager to assist. Having them grab my items cut my time visiting the store in half. Customer service is top rate!! My only disappointment was the fact that their website prices did not match the store prices by a few dollars each. I'm not sure what's been happening to this location but the employees are becoming dismissive! I saw the cooler wide open and asked what had happened. Employee giggled shrugged and said guess it's broken idk? Also when the app advertises new products they're barely in stock?! The most unorganized unfriendly vitamin shoppee I've ever been too. Had an awlful time walking around trying to find products very disorganized. Employees were more concentrated on trying to unpack items then customers. I finally caught one to ask a question about a product I was interested in to see if they tried it and their answer was, "I've never tried it but that was a big hype to three years ago." What I like about Vitamin Shoppe is that you can get rewards by shopping here, and you do not have to pay for a card in order to do so like some other places. I love that the staff have name tags that say "health enthusiast." I have found all of the staff to be helpful here. There is a great selection of products and a computer in the back of the store you can use if you want to research a topic or product before purchasing. read more

Since the first time I walked in to this store, I have been treated like family ! I am greeted every time I walk in by name and there knowledge is exceptional. I use to go to GNC for all my items but I never felt like there advise was authentic and felt like they were pushing me to buy more expensive supplements. I have been looking for supplements that work for me and my workout routine for years now. Usually the protein powders I have tried bother my stomach or do not fill me up enough in my post workout smoothie. The gentlemen who helped me here yesterday was very helpful and provided an excellent recommendation for a pre workout and a post workout protein. Not only did I get awesome customer service, but I saved some money because the protein he recommended was buy one get one half off. He showed me another similar one, but stated it was basically the same minus a pretty significant price difference. Usually shops will try and upsell you to get you to spend more money instead of really focusing on what you need. Instead, the retail clerk here was able to specifically identify products that would work for me and save me money at the same time.
