During that time, I had to continually call to check on the status since they wouldn't proactively notify me as to what was going on. As one example, they told me that it should be fixed by the next day. By the end of the next day, I hadn't heard from them, so I called in. I talked to the person handling the repairs, and they said they would check on the status and call me right back. The call never came. I called back the next day and was told that it would be another couple of days due to a truck not coming with the needed part. That's understandable, but the lack of communication isn't. Another time, I was told that one of the repairs was done and they were working on the other one. Later, I was told that neither of them was started yet but would be started soon after they located the part. This made me believe that they were being less than honest or were simply incompetent, neither of which is desirable. I've had good service and good results here before. Perhaps they are having difficulty finding good help, which seems to be happening at a lot of places. I'll try them again if I have a need, but this experience wasn't great.
