Skyler was very communicative throughout the process, which was very helpful. He kept me updated every step of the way. I opted to wait until a loaner car was available, so it took some time between my initial call, and then getting in with them. This is the first experience I have with a body shop for hail damage repair, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but overall, I was pleased with my experience. Expecting to be asked to return at a different date they gladly let me show them the problem and they proceeded to fix it, rather quickly. Above and beyond kindness and customer service is what I received at the end of a long work day and if that is the indicator of some quality folks and a quality business. I hope I don't need them but if I do I know where to go because they have more than earned my trust and any future business I may have.
