The battery/charging issue was not repaired as the tech stated "no problem found"... well my headlights should not be flickering and dimming every time I come to a stop... the blower speed shouldn't be getting reduced from 7 down to 1 then back again... obviously a voltage problem. Stop/start also didn't work. All of these power issues started immediately upon pick up after the alternator replacement. Well it got so bad that I had to jump start this 2024 that was purchased new. Well when jumping it I realized the tech didn't tighten the battery terminals when doing the alternator replacement! Silly me... If the guy leaves bolts untightened when replacing an alternator why would I think he would tighten the battery terminal he disconnected! Tightened it up, and it all works fine. So much for the typical "no problem found" response. Service writer is great, the techs they had work on my Jeep not so much...

Folks, if you have a nice car and you CARE about how it looks and getting the best results for your money DO NOT GO HERE!!! In my case I have a Mercedes Benz. Again I went here based on a referral so I assumed they must do good work. I had to have a fender replaced and front bumper needed repair as well. I was quoted a very good price but now I know why. Original work is already failing after less than a year (Clearcoat flaking, chipping in multiple locations) overspray etc. In full disclosure I should note before the problems started showing I did also bring the car back for them to repaint my trunk lid based on a quote he gave me from the initial visit. So far thats holding up ok but its not enough to compensate for the other problems. I took my car back to point these things out and was told I'm " One of those guys". In despair I still decided to leave the car with him thinking they would at least take care of the obvious issues and I even trusted them to repaint the hood of my car based on a quote I'd gotten from the owner on the first visit. This turned out to be a JOKE and a waste of time! They ignored the flaking paint issues AND Instead of repainting the hood they sanded down the area of ONE of the many pits and blemishes in the paint and then clear coated the hood!!! And in the process of masking for the spray they ruined my grille! Its only been 3 weeks now and the clear coat is peeling and flaking , my hood now looks worse than it did before the work!!! What takes the cake is I asked the owner SEVERAL times to make sure he understood I wanted the entire hood sanded down and repainted and he said "Yes"! Upon arriving to pick up my car and inspecting the "work" the painter could see I was livid. So I will say they did not charge me for the job, but it was because they know they bit off more than they could chew and I am sure they wish I'd never crossed their threshold. So you didn't charge me, MY CAR LOOKS WORSE THAN BEFORE I LEFT IT! When he quoted me a low price for repairs he should have told me to beware it would be for low quality work! He fixed the dent and re-painted the bumper so it looks brand new!
