After the job was completed, I questioned whether the carpets had actually been cleaned because they did not look clean at all. There were still food stains, dark spots, and visible high-traffic areas throughout the carpet. When I asked if he was going to go over the carpets again, I was told that he could only go over them once because of the type of carpet used by the rental agency. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. The carpets looked no better than they did before the service, and I honestly feel I could have cleaned them better myself. This was a complete waste of money. I have already contacted the company regarding my concerns and submitted photos of the carpets. I am currently waiting for a response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

Gary handles grout, tile and carpet cleaning and even has a special way to remove Kool-aid stains from the carpet which I was so thankful to hear about and am utilizing. I contacted them about a month ago and explained my situation. They quoted me over the phone and said to give them a call a week or so ahead of when I would like to schedule. They are always pretty busy which means their work is on point! I called in Amy to clean my baseboards separately so my contractor could put down quarter round and she was more than happy to fit me into her schedule. I also asked Gary to clean the grout in my kitchen so the contractor could fix a few spots and he got it immaculately clean. Now they are scheduled to do a final clean and shampoo my carpets before we put the house on the market. They are the ultimate business and have REALLY helped me out. I couldn't thank them enough for the load they have taken off my shoulders. They are great people are charge reasonable prices. I have had my carpets professionally cleaned several times and in average it takes 3-4 hours. This crew was in and out in 40 minutes.
