I have had my carpets professionally cleaned several times and in average it takes 3-4 hours. This crew was in and out in 40 minutes. Gary handles grout, tile and carpet cleaning and even has a special way to remove Kool-aid stains from the carpet which I was so thankful to hear about and am utilizing.
