Going to a auto collision center is something I'm sure most people do not look forward to and this being my very first time going to one made me very nervous. The other driver that hit my car was a Geico policy holder and again I honestly thought this insurance company was probably not good, but they took care of everything in a timely manner. Xtreme Auto was recommended by Geico and I was told I could choose any body shop of my choice if I desired. They gave me the address and told me this was the closest location to my home and so recommend it, and also provided a very nice 2021 rental (lol). I'm so glad I went with this place. From the moment I arrived I was greeted outside and directed inside and given the name of who would assist me. Star the front reception was always friendly and informative. The representative that assisted me at the collision center was very nice and completely thorough( I believe his name was John ) So from beginning to end this experience was easy and stress free as I constantly received updates. NEVER AGAIN !! There was only ONE good honest worker there. Forgot his name unfortunately but this place is TRASH ! DO NOT COME HERE ! I guess we love to flirt on the phone with other co workers while customers call. A female worker there was literally flirting with another worker while I was calling for an update.The owner or boss tried to lie and say my tire showed up this way. Until I showed him proof , but once again there was a guy there who admitted to the boss that it was new and the boss looked mad because his worker was honest. This is place is actually horrible. My insurance company, Geico had my car taken there on April 25th.....it was finally ready for pick up on July 2nd....when I picked it up and got home I found that it had been broken into in one of their locked shops where my glove box and console were completely emptied.....I reported it to Xtreme on July 3rd and was told by Martin their shop was broken into over the previous weekend and 3 vehicles were broken into.....they failed to set the security cameras that weekend, June 29-30th....they waited until the following Friday to make a police report....I still need to take it back next week for some minor issues that weren't taken care of....I would never recommend to anyone!!!!! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PIECE OF JUNK COLLISION SHOP even if it's a recommended shop from your insurance company, it's a shame that this is recommended by Geico. It is literally a CHOP SHOP! I don't understand how they're still in business! 30 days later we got our car back and now the hood won't close and snap, they put the air intake sensor on incorrectly and had to tow it to Infinity to get it diagnosed. This shop had our car over 30 days and basically the car sat in the heat. At this point we're having to take our Infinity to another shop to correct what this shop failed to repair. Oh! And when you call the shop to get status? They transfer you to someone's voicemail and no return phone call. Two days later my husband had to call back and let them know we've already left a voicemail and no one returned our call. Finally when you get to speak to someone and you think they know what's going on, they tell you that the parts are "delayed". Fair warning DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO XTREME BS AUTO COLLISION! Xtreme Collision is extreme alright- EXTREMELY horrible at fixing cars and EXTREMELY negligent in their job at making vehicles safe. I would never, ever trust them to fix my car, or any car of anyone I loved or cared about, because they clearly do not care about the safety of any of their customers. My son was in an accident, with another car hitting the rear driver side wheel. We did not choose Xtreme, but because other collision centers were at capacity at the time of this accident, our insurance directed the tow driver to take the car to Xtreme. First of all, they kept extending the completion date, and very concerningly said they were trying to "fix all the gaps". Of course, what do you do when a business already has your car and says something like that? When it was finally done, later than promised, the owner of the business did a "walk around" of the vehicle, but he did not really show us what work was done to the car. All he did was try to hype us to give him a good review online. It felt like he was actually trying to distract us from looking at the car when he was doing this. The next day, less than 24 hours after getting the car back, a large part under the front of the vehicle came undone while my son was driving on the freeway! It could have easily caused a second accident and injuries to my son! Thankfully he was ok, but it was EXTREMELY shocking that Xtreme did such a poor job that this would happen and fail so quickly and so dramatically. It's like they didn't even try to fix it. So after the stress of the first accident, dealing with insurance, getting a rental, etc., we were now back at square one, and had to start from square one getting a tow truck to take it to another collision center. The owner has some nerve too. While we were in the middle of getting the car towed to a legit collision center, he called and tried to get me to take the car back to him to fix. NOT ON MY, OR MY SON'S, LIFE! The second shop found that Xtreme had not repaired or replaced multiple parts that were damaged in the accident, causing things to be misaligned, leading to what happened the day after we picked it up. They clearly just tried to "force" gaps to line up, without doing the internal work on the car to make it safe or right. I would NEVER take any vehicle to Xtreme for ANY work if you care about the safety of those driving or riding in your vehicle. Seriously, this place doesn't deserve to be in business. read more

Horrible customer service, I had to constantly call and ask if my car was really going to be ready that day. Like I told GEICO they are nightmare of a company, I would never go back to them. Parents took their car here after a hit and run. Quarter panel is sticking out a tad bit and welding wasn't as clean as I think they could've got it. You can clearly see it has been in an accident when the trunk is open. They got their car back after about 3 weeks, my mom notices an object shifting from side to side as she drives from table mountain casino where she works to home. After a week of looking and looking, they look in small spaces to see if they can shine a flash light though one of the openings. My dad ended up taking apart a few pieces to where They find a tape like object. My dad pulls and pulls and it's almost never ending. What irritates us is, what if it was something else? Until I got my car back I was going to leave a bad review about this place but I was very pleased with how they fixed my vehicle that I decided to give them two thumbs up. They did great work on my car. The doors on driver's side were destroyed from a hit and run and they made it look brand new again. I was initially upset because it took 22 days to get my car back and the date my car was supposed to be finished kept changing and that was very frustrating but in the end they made my car look beautiful again and even detailed the inside with a vacuum and all. I will give it to them as they did try to make things right by giving me $200 off my deductible. However, if they improve communication this would not be necessary as I would much rather have an honest (I think your car will be ready about this time instead of being repeatedly told it would be ready by the end of the day and the disappointment and frustration of it not being ready). It's been a week, and i haven't gotten 1 call. It took over 1 1/2 months to get car in and over 3 weeks to receive my check from the insurance company??? It doesn't check out, but at this point, im following thru since this place was recommended by my insurance company. It was also closest to my house. We will see how long it takes, and if i get called with updates or do i have to chase my updates down? Hopefully, the work they do is worth the wait. I would highly advise anyone from using this business. I was coerced by geico to use their preferred body shop in order to receive a rental car after their insured driver rear ended me. I received the estimate for used and non oem parts on a car with frame damage to the total less than 7k. When I notified them I was seeking second opinion I told they had disassembled the vehicle and that they would be charging me $495 for their services and the car could no no longer be driven. This company is willing to cut corners and decrease costs for the insurance company using substandard non oem parts and used parts to repair your car in order to maintain relationships with the insurance company. Ultimately putting your safety and the safety of your family at risk. No oem parts are not tested for safety and significantly cheaper than OEM parts. They can also negatively affect the performance and durability of your vehicle. The quote I received was for less than 6000$. The car was not properly evaluated and was later taken to another shop where the muffler and splash Guards were removed to properly assess for frame damage. My car was a total loss with substantial frame damage that was not found by this shop. read more

i would give them a zero star as a feedback if there is an option. Accident happened in January 8. I called them to schedule appointment and other party insurance agreed to pay for it. In 2-3 weeks i took my car there. the mechanic took pictures and said he will call me back when part are delivered so i can drop off my vehicle. I called the following week to know of the parts are ready. She said will will call you when ready. I was waiting for next 2-3 weeks and called back . She said there is no History that i took my car there and there are no pictures that they took. So she scheduled again to take pictures then she herself took the pictures and said my vehicle needs no part change they will just repair it. I explained her that the mechanic told me that parts needs to be changed. She denied. And I dropped off my vehicle for repair. Also i asked if they can give me an estimate on my cracked windshield that i will be paying off of my pocket . She said their mechanic will call back today with that estimate and i never received any call . After 10 days i called to ask how long it will take to get repaired. thanks to god that a mechanic answered my call. he said your car needs part change not just repair. I explained him everything and he said he never knew about that . and he did not know that it has been more than 2 months when i first came. He said he will fix this in this week ( week of 4/12) i called again to ask about windshield, again she said they will call back that I didn't receive. more than 3 months past and i m still waiting to pick up my fixed car that was possibly able to get fixed in 7 days. front desk service is very POOR. They need better and responsible workers who can make sure that customers are getting their repair done with in timely manner. I feel like i shouldn't pay them a penny. read more

Worst place ever from customer service to service. I don't live in Fresno I'm frm the Bay Area. The first issue is I was given an SUV as a rental while my Prius was in the shop. After not reporting damage to harassing phone calls about rentals and picking up my car before damages were repaired. The receptionist were rude as fuck and I had to have my auto insurance call several times while there. When I finally got my car back I drove less than 20 miles and my check engine light was on and my hybrid battery was failing. I took it back and was told that I need to put water in my hybrid battery. I explained that I have never had to water my Prius. I was told they didn't touch it and that it was my responsibility. I explained that there was fluid in there when I brought my car and seeing as I have pics of my car taken completely apart, they did touch it and if not then it might be damaged. I was guaranteed there was nothing wrong other than the water I need to put in bc my insurance does not pay for fluids. Again, I disagreed and the mechanic asked if I had singed the waiver and when confirmed he said I'm not doing anything get this car out of here. I attempted to go the fuck off and management came and apologies and says they will fix it. An hour after they closed I stood waiting while they test drove my car and then took it back in the shop. Almost an hour and a half later on New Year's Eve I must add my car was brought to me. And I was told they couldn't get the light off so they drained the water they put in from my hybrid battery and replaced it with antifreeze. They said that made the light turn off and that they are sure it is fine. Now, my car is running weird and I only took it in for physical damage. I have a feeling they put the wrong oil in it and I it was recommended I get another oil change. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My car has been in the shop going on 2 MONTHS now. No frame damage, no engine issues, no electrical problems, just simple body work. Three times now I've called to get an update, twice being told they don't know what stage my vehicle is in, and once being told it was finished and the parts being put on. Although I have never once received an update call back, after this call I decided to call back in and guess what? They don't know what stage my vehicle is at in the process for a third time. I've signed 3 different forms to give them permission to continue working on my vehicle and expect I'll probably have to sign another 3 before they're actually finished. I'm sure nobody would choose to have their car here, but even if your insurance suggests it, please to go elsewhere. read more

My mother took her truck here for three of her windows to be replaced for an insurance claim and they had her truck for two weeks and she just got it back and the installed the wrong window so it doesn't latch which means the center window does not close.. so now she must take it back it's just ridiculous how much cars they have there it seems like they just want the money from the Insurance companies and they cannot fulfill there job in a timely manner or even do it correctly. They are supposed to be express care, yet have had my vehicle for 5 months. The front desk lady's customer service is appalling, and she would be the single reason I would NEVER come here again. They have given multiple expected completion dates, yet create excuses each time it is supposed to be done. The management claims that they will reach out to you regarding questions, yet even that they cannot fulfill. I had to wait to post this review until I got my vehicle back, which this business held hostage, because of how petty these people are, if they read it beforehand they would've added some kind of ridiculous fee that was deemed "necessary" by the mechanic. I can't believe I'm forced to give this business one star just to leave a review. I was sent to this auto shop by my insurance company based on its distance, which was close. Initially I did not want to conduct any business with these people based upon the reviews other people had left which all have one thing in common, the time frame repeatedly being moved forward from its original completion date. Repeatedly. The quote was also ridiculous by the way which was 2 grand, I have a mechanic that wanted to do the job for $400. I ended up getting strong armed into having this shop do the job because the owner would not let me drive the car back to my house because of "safety" reasons. I'm just going to say it at this point, the owner is full of shit so be wary if the woman at the desk calls him up to speak with you, it's because he's good at coming up with excuses or reasons that ultimately leave his wallet a little thicker. My mom who was with me at the time fell for his bull about why they should do the job, because you can't trust other mechanics etc. I also had a $500 deductible which my mom said she would cover at the time if we just left the car there, which she then later said she actually couldn't cover when the bill came. In the beginning, as you probably guessed, came what was expected to happen. Initially the quote had the job completed in a week on a Friday. That was pushed to next Friday. And then the Friday after that. Upon the approaching completion date the woman at the counter called me for the bill. Since I'm still making payments on my car the bank is listed as a lien holder until it's payed off, so when the insurance company sent the check it had my name and the banks name on it. The shop would not take the check needless to say, I had to endorse it and then mail it to the bank so they could endorse it, and then they had to mail it to the shop. The woman on the phone at the shop called asking for the money and I told her that what the bank told me was they were overnighting the check to the shop. She didn't believe me smh and said the bank needed to tell them. Well I'm not doing your job for you, so I gave them the banks number. She called and told me I had to call them again and tell them to send the shop a message that they were overnighting the check. Well again I'm not doing your job for you, so here's my account number. About a week after that I finally was able to go retrieve my vehicle. When I got there they informed me that they got the $1500 from the bank but they needed the $500 deductible still. I told them fine, but as it was Monday I wouldn't be paid until Friday. They didn't like that. I asked the owner if he could just give me my car and I would pay him on Friday/ my payday. He said if he did that, that corporate would have him fired, the receptionist fired, somehow everyone would get fired if they had to wait to Friday to get paid smh, the OWNER of the business told me this. I said okay what if I got a down payment? Part of it now and the rest on Friday if they let me take my car. He said no, but hey if I paid part of it now I wouldn't have to pay so much on Fri smh/ rolling my eyes. I said I'll see I have to see if I could borrow some money from someone. On Mon after that fri when we spoke the woman at the desk called me for the down payment. I said I'm sorry but no one has any money to lend me so they would have to wait until my payday. She said no and that I promised to make a payment today, which was a lie I said I would ask, so if I didn't make any payments today that they were going to put a lien on my car! Needless to say these people are not above making straight up threats to you if they don't have their way. I am a recent college grad, I am a new veteran who can barely qualify for a job in retail, so I am swimming in debt and bills. That did not matter to these people, that a vet trying to stay afloat after his tour could not afford to pay the deductible until his payday. I'm pretty sure they were thought I was lying and was trying to get away without paying the bill based on my ethnicity but I'm not going into that can of worms. I had to have my mom go down there and explain to them that she was letting me borrow her mortgage payment just to get my car out of there sooner than later at this point. If she didn't it would've been another $450 when I went to go pick it up. $60 lien fee plus $75 a day for holding the car. How you gonna put a lien on a lien, seriously! Every experience I had with these people from having to talk to them to their shoddy work, as an aviation mechanic in the Navy I could've done the work myself in a day and have it come out much nicer looking in the end, was bad. read more

Not the place to take your car to get fixed. Horrible service. They do not answer your phone calls at all when you're asking for updates. A 7.5 hour paint job took a week to fix. Not once did they call me about the details on my car without me trying to contact them. When my car was ready for pick up, they also did not even notify me. I just showed up because I did not hear from them the whole day. Apparently they were "busy" with others when I was the only person there. Paint job was not done well. You can still see imprints of previous damages. read more

I recently purchased a 2004 Escalade. The rear door needed to be replaced. I went all over town getting prices. Xtreme auto collision in my opinion, was the most professional. They vividly explained the whole process and assured my wife and I that the process would be 1 week. I felt that was pretty good considering most other places had me a 3 to 4 weeks. Upon picking up my truck it was immaculate. The work was very good and you couldn't even notice that it was fixed. I am very please le with Fernando and John there.
