This supplier did a huge project at our resort…read morewhere they report he'd all the oceanfront balconies, installed sliding glass doors and windows, down to some rebuilding of walls in the front condos. The sliding glass doors have been junk since installed. Glass breaking, seals breaking, door handles literally falling off. How well will these hold up in a hurricane if they fall apart when a person opens them?! Bob Parton is the contact here. I emailed him, called, left messages...no return. It got down to calling him four or five times a day, just to get an answer. The seal was broken on my oceanfront view from the beginning of my contact with Bob in April of 2021 to April 2022 when I was finally able to go pick up my glass. Receiving galas was an issue during Covid, however, this was more of a lack of will because it was under warranty than a Covid issue. Even when I spoke to Bob on several occasions, and he said he would call me back... Crickets to follow until I called and called and called again. I have NEVER had to push a grown man so hard to do do his job. The handles on the sliding glass doors are cheap, break all the time, and are simply not meant for these heavy doors. I've recently been told I will have to pay for the replacement of all of them because they are not meant for rentals. What???? That's what all of these condos are. That's what they were when they installed the doors, and that's what they are now. If you install a commercial grade heavy door, you need a commercial grade heavy handle...right?! Their website says "Experienced and Reliable". 100% not reliable, unless you force it upon them. "Quality products"...absolutely garbage!!! "Satisfaction guaranteed" I don't think I've ever been so disgusted with a company, their lack of respect of a person's time, their lack of care, and their worthless products.

I filed a claim with Ply Gem and they are delivering the windows with me paying for shipping and handling. I called 84 Lumber to install. This window has been like this from the beginning and is getting worse. This is not fair. Lynne

I picked up some building material through my friends construction company account. The prices were significantly cheaper. They, of course, carry lumber along with a lot of other needed supplies. They are not a Home Depot or Lowes. So, this location, does not aisles of stock for you to shop. I have been to locations where they are more like that but this one is more geared to the contractor. The staff is friendly and helpful. They found what I needed quickly and I was loaded up and on my way in no time. I will continue to get my major building supplies here.

Less than 2 weeks ago we purchased an air compressor from them that quit working a couple of days ago. We tried to return if for AN EXCHANGE, not a refund and they would not take it back. They only offered to send it at to the manufacturer for repair and we were told it would take 4 weeks to get it back. Really? What are my worker's suppose to do in the meantime? We had to buy a new compressor from Lowes just to keep working. We had the receipt in hand to exchange the compressor and was basically shown the door. We will NEVER buy another single thing from them and would caution everyone to shop else where is you want a company to stand behind their product.
