I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Yes it is a little pricey, but you get what you paid for. My 6-year-old car was pretty dirty, covered with dog hair, my hair and sand. They left my car so clean that I didn't even recognized it! In addition to a full detailing I paid for the engine to be cleaned, it had never cleaned before and it was super dirty as well, they took care of that too. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was left impeccable. Suat is amazing and extremely professional and friendly. Suat wanted to see my car first before recommending anything. He's very honest and kind. He did not try to sell me his most expensive options but rather what he saw best fit my car. Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. On the day of the drop off I asked Suat if he could take me to work since I was only 1 mile away. He agreed without any hesitation and even told another client to cancel her Uber as he could take her too. Her work was in Sunnyvale btw! These guys provided literally the worst detail job I have ever had on any car I've owned. To their credit, they showed up on time, were extremely friendly and courteous, were easy to schedule with, and did their work quickly. Though they worked quickly, the detail was terrible. There was still dirt on my wheels and hood. Every surface of the interior looked like it had been bathed in armor-all. Surfaces that were never glossy were suddenly shiny due to the choice of product. They even pointed out how shiny things were, as if that's how they're supposed to be. In addition to poorly detailing my car, inside and out, they lost a mounting bracket that they removed my trunk for some unknown reason. To top it all off, they charged more than any other detail job I've ever had. Would rate with negative stars if possible. Edit 1: In response to the business owner's comment on my review: I am most definitely not Austin P.. The fact that these guys are trying to defuse my bad review by posting someone else's PRIVATE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION is absolutely unbelievable. Cherry Mobile Auto Detail should be ashamed. Cherry Mobile was the best car detailing business I have ever had the pleasure of working with. "Please, I cannot accept payment until you see the work we have done and are completely satisfied..." These were the exact words expressed by Suat at Cherry Mobile Auto Detail just moments after handing over the keys to my car. I had read the reviews here and on other sites, and will admit, I was a bit nervous dropping so much money on an auto detail. In the past I had always done auto detailing myself, and while it would take several hours, I was convinced that nobody could do a better job cleaning my car then I could with my own two hands. Despite my hesitation, I went through with the auto detail and have to say that it was some of the best money I have spent in 2014. Suat and his team spare no detail. Every mark, scratch, dirt stain, and dust speckle was erased. They completely shampoo'd the interior and did an incredible job on the exterior. My car smelled new, felt new and drove better than ever. More importantly, I had not cleaned the interior of my car in over two years and they were able to completely reverse the impact! Suat promises to return the car to the best condition possible -- as if it had just left the lot upon first purchase -- and he completely delivers on this promise. After reading the reviews, it seems there is some confusion around why you should do business with Cherry Mobile, so, I hope these notes clarify some points: 1.) Cherry Mobile is amazing and can clean your car better than anyone in California, but there are physical limitations. It seems like a lot of negative reviews come from people with cars that are simply impossible to ever return to 100% condition. I have a 2007 highlander and they were able to beautify my car beyond belief -- however, I also am a relatively clean and hygienic person in the first place. I think its important to be realistic with your expectations of what is possible. 2.) Cherry Mobile is a PREMIUM car detailing service. Part of the allure of the business is the fact that Suat and his team are wonderful people with real experience in the field and they come to your house. This inherently is going to cost more. If you're looking for a bargain detailing service, I would suggest other places -- it simply isn't fair to try to low-ball Suat and his team. This is their profession and they put their heart and soul into their work! Realize this when booking. 3.) Suat and his team are real people and work long days all around the bay to make sure their customers are happy. More importantly, Suat puts a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind his work. Before asking for payment he showed me every detail of the work they had done and wanted to know my true feelings about the work. Together this information demonstrates how much the employees of Cherry Mobile care about their work. They are truly dedicated to making customers, like me, smile and be stunned by how new their cars feel. If you have the pleasure of having Suat and his team work on your car, you won't be let down! This was one of the best investments i have done in a long time. I have a 2014 black chrysler 300. I never got it detailed since i bought it. Because of using this automatic car washes, my car had a lot of swirls and minor scratches. The inside was very dirty and neglected. I cald Cherry Auto Detail after reading great reviews about them. Suat and his team are absolutely incredible. I dropped off my brand new Tesla Model 3 to get full PPF and ceramic. They did a gorgeous job. Five stars, that's all I can give? I dropped off my Lexus RC350 to Suat and Nasir a week ago and, up 'til now, I am still absorbing how much better my car looks versus the last few years of owning this vehicle. I took what I thought was good care of the car by taking it to a reputable automotive hand wash shop here in San Jose, occasionally (every 4 months) purchasing their detailing packages (clay, polish, wax, seal). Unfortunately those detailing packages could not get the deep swirls left over from the slightly damaging hand washes that have accumulated. Suat was very welcoming to me and my girlfriend. He described in detail the package and add-ons he suggests and why he's suggesting them. My car required quite a bit of paint correction (stage 1 was the initial suggestion) and by determining the length of time I was considering of keeping the car, he suggested Opti-Coat Pro. Now I have done my research on ceramic coatings since I've first purchased this car (3 years ago) but no one has really justified it like Suat did, which made me pull the trigger. We dropped the car off, said bye the car and in three days she was ready for pick-up. I was floored by how great it came out and I was more impressed on how professional and true to his word Suat is. He quoted me for a stage 1 paint correction from the initial inspection but he actually spent an additional 6 hours because the correction was much more than he was expecting. Not an extra dime was added onto my quote. All in all, the car came out spectacular. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of the car after I picked her up, I just wanted to drive it! His shop is top-of-the-line and unfortunately was a little out of my price range, he and I discussed my options and very frankly and kindly told me the necessary downsides of going cheaper somewhere else. I just got my new 2019 Corvette Z06 Convertible back from XSCEND, and all I can say is... wow. The car could not look more amazing. I had a large amount of SunTek PPF applied along with OptiCoat ceramic coating of the entire exterior and interior. Suat and his brother did remarkable and such diligent work on this car. Every single surface of the vehicle received the proper protective treatment and these guys are truly artists with the PPF. The contours on this vehicle are very complex and it's no easy task installing the film as stealthily and sturdily as possible. My car was truly in great hands with these guys.. despite my instincts to micromanage and worry obsessively about my new car, they truly went to town and made it as resilient and gorgeous as they possibly could. Suat said he would take his time, treat the car like a baby, and promised total satisfaction. He exceeded those expectations: the results are beyond satisfying, they are heart-warming. These guys are passionate about their work and dedicated to doing the right thing. I ended up getting a lot more protection installed than I originally planned, but I think Suat truly had my and my vehicle's best interest in mind. Once I saw the level of creativity and attention he applied to the PPF installation, I realized that this place is different because you're not really paying for services, you're paying for your vehicle being taken care of. Sure things are itemized and the general scope of work was completely on point, but if there's a situation where a potential problem is identified on the car (and there were several on mine that I didn't think about), they simply take care of it with no extra charge because they care about the vehicle and the product of their labor. Regardless, Suat was very competitive on pricing, and given the amount of work he did on the car I probably would have paid way more elsewhere. These guys are pure experts at PPF application and ceramic coating, and all the extra services that are involved in doing that right (of which there are many). They're great people, hard workers, and wonderful at customer service. I don't think you'll find any detailer in the area more deserving of your business than here. Bring them your car, be honest about what you want, and then trust their recommendations. They will take wonderful care of your vehicle and there's no doubt you will love what they do for it. I just dropped off my other car at the same time I picked this one up for detailing and ceramic coating. I wouldn't want anyone else working on her than XSCEND. This is what detailing is all about - they're very detailed (literally). They did the ceramic coating in my Moms driveway coz my apartment won't allow it. I don't understand how customer service this bad warrants 5 stars. I've either gotten the complete opposite service everyone else got, or there's something fishy in the reviews. This is a story you HAVE to read if you're going to get your car detailed by them. To best explain, I'll detail out the interactions: Tuesday 7:00 pm - I call and speak to Suat, who is courteous and says they have availability for Wednesday at 4:00 pm. He quotes a price that's higher than his website because they give "high end" cars "extra love". I'm surprised because most good detailers aren't available for weeks. Thinking I got lucky, I take the spot and give myself a thumbs up! They send me a text Wednesday 2:40 pm - They call and say their appointment is running late and that they either won't be able to make it or will be very late. No big deal. They gave me reasonable notice, so I decide to reschedule to Monday at 9:00 am. I don't receive a text, but think nothing of it. Monday 9:00 am - I call and talk to Suat, who tells me that my appointment is for 3:00 pm. I say, no way, I set it up for 9:00 am and blocked my work calendar immediately. Suat then apologizes for the confusion and wants to reschedule for later in the week. I say that won't work for me, and I'll probably use someone else. He then offers to do 3:00 pm. I say that won't work either, and he tells me to use the other guy this time and then use his service next time. I should have known something was weird at this point, but didn't think about it. Monday 9:05 am - I call back and talk to Suat again. I say 3:00 is tough, but could he do 4:00. He says 4:00 would be tight ... which confuses me, but they can make it be 5:00. I ask him to do 5:30 just to be safe. Done deal; 5:30 appointment. Monday 5:25 pm - Suat calls and says they'll be at my location in 45 minutes. What? I left work early and rushed home because I didn't want to be late. He then tells me that it's unreasonable to expect him to be there at 5:30, that nobody expects him to be there on the dot, and that he had an appointment in Santa Cruz that took longer. Ridiculous; I'm shocked. I tell him I left work early and he didn't give me any notice. I ask when he took the job in Santa Cruz (3:00) and why he expected to do the detail and be at my location by 5:30. His response is that he knows what he's doing ... clearly time management isn't part of it. I tell him I no longer want his services and will be giving him a bad review. His response: I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE AND IF YOU GIVE ME A BAD REVIEW I'LL SHOW UP AT YOUR DOOR. He's just solidified his review. Threatening customers is ridiculous. So: 1) They charge $295 for a detail that takes them two hours, while competitors charge similar amounts for a five hour job. The $295 doesn't include clay, while most competitors do. 2) They are bad at scheduling and time management. 3) They don't expect to be on time, and don't think you should expect it of them. 4) They threaten you. read more

I needed an urgent Auto Detailing and Suat/Nasir were able to accommodate the request the same day. They arrived sharply on time and after inspecting the car, shared their honest opinions on what's the best option for my car. I had a mishap with leaving a bag of groceries in the back of my Honda CRV for more than a week (yeah I know), so you can imagine what I encountered after trying to identify the lovely new smells in the back of the car. 2010 Two Door Convertible Mustang with residue from living by the ocean. We negotiated the $295 base rate (which is more than the advertised 2 door rate). He suggested a double buff and clay bar treatment to eliminate the swirls I have on the paint from standard car washes. He said, "the swirls will be gone" "the car paint will look better than new." I was a referral client, and I was having trouble committing to the final price tag, so he 'gave me a deal.' He would do the second buff for free. Unfortunately, this experience started well, but did not wrap up well. I appreciate that they came to my office and were able to do the work while I worked; that was very helpful. The final product looked great. I was pleased. They paid special attention to the interior and the car looked great inside and out upon pick up. 2 weeks later... I can see the swirls again. I have not had the car washed since the detail. I call to have them come take a look. Suat gives me every reason in the book why the swirls are still there and that he never promised they would be gone. What??? He agrees to come buff again, but that the car would need to be washed and I would be charged for that. Again, WHAT?? I tell him that I am not paying for the car wash for him to fix the original work, and he agrees. He shows up to my work, takes a look and is furious that I have wasted their time. He tells me the swirls are normal and impossible to get rid of since my car is so old. He then goes on to outline the services I had and they do not match our original conversation from 2 weeks ago. I am now convinced I did not get the second buff on my car, as he stated that they only did one because I was not willing to pay for 2. I am also convinced that I got 'showroom wax' instead of the claybar I agreed to pay for. The duo said all they want is for their customers to be happy, and I expressed that I am not happy. Suat said there was nothing he could do because they were not going to give me services for free. He reitterated that my car was basically gray when they started, and now it was black and shiney. (the car WAS dirty, but gray is a serious exaggeration). I just want the service outcome I was promised. And, of course, it's their word against mine since there were no witnesses to our verbal agreement. Lesson learned. Get everything in writing and watch them perform the service. The car does look better, but it certainly doesn't look brand new. And 100% certain, there are still swirls in my paint. read more

These guys came to my place in Fremont and gave my 2006 Scion TC a full detail, clay bar, and complimentary machine wax (for being a first time customer) this evening. They were done within 2 hours and their van is fully self contained with water and everything. I just gave em the keys and sat in my house and came back to my car looking brand new. My car interior is mainly light grey plastic and light gray fabric. A myriad of stains had left it exceptionally dirty. It was a used car that I picked up in 2013, and long story short the dealership had not cleaned the interior before giving it to me either. My mom was visiting next week. I bought detailing fluid and started working on a single seat stain. It did not disappear. It was a lesson in futility. it was time for some drastic action. The brothers came up and surveyed my car, agreed with me that it was dirty, and got to work. A little under 2 hours later, I was greeted with the cleanest I have ever seen the interior of the car. I hope it's a one-time-event that my car, you know, gets to a state where it requires something like this. It's not like I'm planning on coming back next year. But if I'd got my car like this when I bought it, I'd have been pleased. And these guys traveled to where I live, and had a great attitude. I'd recommend them to anyone else facing a similar situation. My mom didn't say a word about how clean the car was. But that's just how mothers are. read more

Couldn't agree more with the other customers who have written a review. Service and flexibility could not have been better. Called at 4:30pm on Wed, they were at my house by 10:30am on Thurs. Outstanding attention to detail, very courteous. My car has not look this refreshed and ready to rock in years. Well worth the investment! These guys deserve every bit of 5 stars. They were on time, communicative, absolutely polite and professional, extremely courteous, and then came the car detailing... My car is cleaner than it has been since the day it left the dealer's lot. Their attention to detail is amazing. Every nook and cranny is spotless. Because they're completely self-contained, they can literally work anywhere. How perfect is that? You get what you pay for. It was a bit pricey but my 2001 Chevy Tahoe has never looked better. I went over my car with a fine tooth comb to see if they missed anything but it all looked great. I even looked at the top to make sure it received the clay bar treatment and it did. Even the gas cap looked great. For a car that has 185k miles . . . and most of those with three kids and all their food, milk, etc. spilled and burned into the car, I could not believe how well it looked. They called 30 mins before my appointment to say they were on their way, then showed up on time and finished 15 mins after they estimated . . . which I did not mind as it would have taken me double that at least to get to a different detailing shop. If you are interested in working with a team who cares as much if not more about making your car look great, go with these guys. read more

Suat and Nasir are awesome and did a great job with my car, with tan interiors and leather seats its difficult to keep the car clean, but now its sparkling clean from inside and out. The exterior was clean too but probably some other wax may make it more sparkly.. Its really convenient that they drive to your location and accept credit card. Was easy to book an appointment. Its expensive but worth it if you love your car(you will love it even more after the detailing!!). They seem to be honest guys, but one of them might oversell the capabilities of the clay barring paint package which they sell as add-on. I dont think we can fix scratches on the exterior with that.. ;) I would definitely recommend them for the great job and the convenience of scheduling. read more

I've used Cherry twice now, both times the results were outstanding and the work was done on time and as promised. A friend left an unfortunate mess in the back seat - they cleaned it up without complaint at a reasonable price. They aren't cheap - but really they don't need to be. Good guys, good company, good service. read more
