After 3 estimates it was decided that XPros Exterior Image Professionals (Tesla subcontractor) would get the job. XPros/Tesla was chosen because of its relationship with Tesla and with that the Tesla warranty. Warranty that should anything go wrong with the panels, Tesla would cover it. Warranty that should the pigeons return, XPros would return. The crew of 2 arrived at time promised. Thursday, February 13 at 0800. Worked efficiently. When they were done, two and a half hours later, there was no mess... anywhere. No evidence of the dozens of pigeons that had taken up residence under the solar panels on my roof. Highly recommend. read more

They did an excellent job. Furthermore, they showed up at the scheduled time. I'd recommend Xpros to my friends and family.

Quite pleased with the company's advance communication to let me know when they'd be coming out, and with the professionalism of the three men who came out to get the job done on my roof (needed netting under solar panels due to pigeons). I was impressed that after they'd finished the job (in almost exactly the two hours I was pre-told that the job would likely take), one of the men rang my doorbell and very politely asked me to check if I was satisfied with their clean-up job before they left. I was, and I appreciated the men coming out and getting the job done without dilly dallying. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the men arrived around 10am instead of b/w 8-9am which was when I was expecting them; not a huge deal, since I'd planned to be home all morning, but it falls a bit short of 5 star performance. Bottom line: I had a good experience with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. read more

Professional, thorough, and affordable. I've been using Xpros for my solar panel cleaning for 5 years now. They always show up when they they say they will and are very friendly when speaking too. I know they are doing a great job due to my solar production increasing after they have come and gone. The schedule they have for me is great because just when production starts to diminish they arrive for another cleaning. During the rainy season they don't come because why would they? I know I'm not getting charged for a cleaning that the rain took care of. I am very pleased with their service. read more

Great work cleaning my rain gutters and outside windows. The gutters had been neglected for several years and it wasn't an easy job getting them cleaned out. I recommend Xpros for outdoor cleaning. read more

Showed up on time, got started to work immediately, cleaned the panels, got the bird nests out, put up the wire proofing and cleaned up after themselves. Great job, something you very seldom see anymore. Thanks Eric and crew read more

Had pigeons trying to nest under my solar panels. The system they installed is fantastic. Money well spent after birds shorted out my solar at a previously owned home. When I noticed pigeons starting to nest under my panels, these guys came out in a matter of a few days and installed a wire mesh product around all my panels and does not interfere with solar generating or warranty. They even cleand all my panels and production rose 2 kwh frist day www.solarbirdproofing.com read more

They came out and spent about 2 hours cleaning our panels and installing anti-pigeon shielding. We are very happy with the service and no longer have to wake up to pigeon cooing and scratching on our roof! Highly recommended! read more

Eric came out yesterday and cleared out the pigeons and all of their droppings out from under our solar panels, and then installed the mesh around them to keep any birds from returning. It was a big, messy job, and I left before he was done on the roof. When I came home, the gutters were cleaned out, the poop all bagged up and put in the trash, and the panels all look super nice and neat. Super relieved to have that job done, and done so well. Eric's company had done my neighbor's solar panels, as well, and I'm so glad I asked for a referral from them. Highly recommend this company for this kind of project! read more

Eric came out and gave us a bid, he informed us of the process of bird proofing our solar panels. They came out and installed it in less than 4 hours and cleaned up all the nasty bird droppings. So happy not to have tons of pigeons on my roof, won't miss the feathers, droppings, broken eggs, and noisy birds on my roof. read more

Called Xpros to get estimate for cleaning roof gutters that were overflowing every time it rained. They came out for an estimate and found the problem to be a clogged downspout which they cleaned out for no charge. They inspected the gutters and told me the gutters didn't need to be cleaned as the problem was a clogged downspout drain. Really appreciate their honesty. The guy left without charging me a dime. Hard to find such honest people in the home maintenance business these days. Highly recommend!! read more

X Pros came out and cleaned our panels within a day of us calling them. They were thorough and reliable. Gave us tips on how to keep them clean and get the most out of them. Great prices and very friendly. Never knew this would be something we would need, but they are our go to for gutter and panel cleaning. I recommend them to everyone with panels. Great job guys! read more

Very pleasant, efficient, and helpful tech. Did a great job and discussed another problem he found about pigeons getting into the equipment and dormers. He offered his services to take care of the problem and I was very happy to agree since I had no idea wear to get help for that . I am very satisfied with your service! read more

Team did a great job, After they left, the evil pigeons were gone except for the two that were entombed under the solar panels rather than get out of the way of water cannon. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Eric gave me a quote for $850 which stated he would clean all bird droppings. He missed one whole section and the droppings he did clean were washed down into my gutters. They were completely blocked. I spent the whole next day cleaning my gutters. I phoned him to report what had occurred. He told me that cleaning the gutters was an extra charge. That would have been nice to know up front. He and his crew came back about 1 week later and washed the missed droppings back into the my gutters completely blocking them once again. I asked him to clean them but he told me it was an extra charge of $200 for a 20 ft section. He said there was about 1 hour of work to clean the gutters. I told him here was an opportunity to provide good customer service since he and his crew didn't do it right the first time. He then told me that he didn't have time because he and his crew had a 1 hour drive to their motel room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. read more
