UPS said it should be there by the end of day Tuesday. It's now Thursday and the letter is still in transit. I went back to the UPS store to try and get a partial refund, but they said I would have to go thru USPS. I went to the USPS branch and they said that UPS should not be selling the 1-day USPS Priority Express option, USPS could not do anything because I did not pay them. Went back to the UPS store for a second time and was told sorry can't do anything again. Called UPS corporate and was told sorry can't do anything, it's a franchise issue. Complete runaround scam.

I had some frustration trying to get my logo and a QR code on business cards. I feel like should be simple. Prices are a tad high but not unreasonable.
